The home was beautiful and in a fabulous location! The beach acces and ocean views are amazing! Rules were clearly defined and the host was easy to get in touch with. Unfortunately the main Air-conditioning went out right before our stay. I received communication right away and the host added portable units to all of the bedrooms. I would definitely book this house again!

Amazing view

This place has an amazing view and right on the beach. We loved staying here for 30 days. Parking is very tight and realistically only one car will fit.

Great stay, great property

Had a great time on our two week stay. Property was exactly as advertised. Great location right in the beach and walking distance to bars, restaurants, and grocery store. Property is well kept and comfortable. Property manager was helpful and responsive. Would certainly consider staying again.

Perfect Location!

This was a great property for our kids and extended family. There was space for everyone and with the beach right in front of the property we were able to have privacy when needed along with tons of fun together time. It is a great location between Belmont Park and the pier with tons of restaurants and things for the entire family to do. Perfect location to build memories!!!

Relaxing Family Reconnection

We were able to get a week of reconnecting with our adult children in this lovely oceanfront townhouse. Plenty of space and comfort. We enjoyed starting our mornings watching surfing and dolphins. Conveniently located to everything.

Stunning Views!

Beautiful location with picture perfect views of the ocean! Clean, comfortable living areas and lots of space to spread out. Plenty of towels and supplies. Parking is very tight but we made it work! Overall, it's an amazing vacation rental!

Amazing!

Everything about our stay here was great. The place was spacious and very clean. The views are amazing. Short walk to Belmont park, restaurants, and shops. The house had everything we needed and check in/check out was a breeze. Parking spots are very small, but I knew that going in and rented a compact car. My family had a perfect visit and I highly recommend this place!

Great Stay!

We loved this place, and we will definitely be back!! It's the perfect location!! The views are absolutely incomparable, and we were blown away that we could be in the kitchen cooking and see the entire expanse of the ocean at the same time. We love the three outdoor patios great for relaxing and having a cocktail. This place is very spacious!!! You don't need to rent a car if you choose this location. The proximity to everything we wanted and needed was perfect!

We had an incredible stay at this home. The sunset views are breathtaking. The property manager was exceptional and responded to a few minor issues that we had in a timely and professional manner. Having owned short term vacation rentals in FL for many years, this home is kept in a condition that far surpasses most. We could not believe how clean the floors were- no sand, neat and organized cabinets, beach toys, etc. The owner and Surf Style clearly do a great job with this property. It is a gem. We will be back next year.Re: parking, it is tight but exactly as advertised. The land is worth a fortune and while you may not have a large garage, the space in the unit more than make up for it.

Ocean front dream condo

My wife and our two boys stayed here a few weeks back. Just an incredible retreat from top to bottom. The views can't even be explained, but I will be missing those sunsets for the next year until we book again. The owners have done a really nice job, many of these places are a bit dated, but you can tell that the owners of this property really care about its upkeep. Clearly they must vacation here as well. Ample room for a large family cool little loft area for the kids to play games or quiet time and an unbeatable location. Would give 6 stars if I could!! We loved it!!

Fantastic House Crummy Parking

Everything was just as advertised except for parking. Yes, there are 2 possible parking spaces IF you drive a very compact car and you can exit out the rear. There is no possible way to park and be able to open a car door. Plan to pay for parking and Uber to the house.

Stunning

Best place we have staying in Mission Beach so far. Twice a year my family and I come to see our extended family. We always want a place where the kids can have fun but is also beautiful. We have tried so many different Airbnbs in mission and this one takes the cake. Location and views are insane and I truly didn't want to leave. It's modern yet comfortable and I feel like the floor plan makes socializing while also having privacy in the evenings perfect. We made nearly every meal at home and it was so nice to have the kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. Kids were stoked about the toys, boogie boards and beach stuff too! Flawless stay. I am already booking our next trip.

Five Stars For This One

We had a very relaxing, enjoyable time in this cozy duplex. It's completely remodeled inside. Cleanliness was immaculate! It has all the essentials needed, dishes, pots, pans, towels, extra blankets, which came in handy because we hit a cold spell. The mattresses are comfy. and there's plenty of pillows. We had a small issue with the trash outside, but they handled it promptly. Also, parking was tight, it's a small shared garage. Our SUV barely fit. We had to park one car in the street, but it's just a few steps away. We walked over a mile to Crystal Pier, and some restaurants we frequent when in SD. I highly recommend this little beachfront gem!

Great location but…

The location was perfect for us, right on the beach between Mission and Pacific Beaches. We do not usually write reviews but the condition of the place as compared to what we paid deserves this write up for other people to be aware of. The place was not as advertised. The wifi was weak or non existent, some furniture was broken or in poor shape, one bedroom was too small to use, the windows were dirty (ruined the view) , onsite parking stalls were not usable for travelers, management company was non-responsive, balconies were useless and the neighbors garbage cans were left in the way of the entrance gate our entire stay. Better management practices could have resolved many of our negative impacts.

Amazing Location

Amazing location, literally right on the beach. Away from the main crowds at Mission Beach and Pacific Beach but an easy walk to stores and restaurants. Beautiful interior - immaculately clean, nicely furnished, well appointed (everything we needed). We had a total of 6, including myself, my wife, our two older kids and both our mothers - the four bedroom layout was perfect and everyone had plenty of space. Excellent communication and customer service from the property managers (Surf Style). Only negative is parking. It is theoretically possible to park two “compact” cars here but not if you want to open the car doors (we had to empty the car in the alley then pull in, with just a few inches of clearance on either side, front or back). If you plan to park here would bring/rent a “mini.” Expensive but so is everything in this location (and still less than 3 separate hotel rooms for our family). Besides the parking this place is perfect.
