This place was great. Right across the street from the beach access. It was clean and as advertised and had everything we needed. Didn't really use the pool but the area around it was nice. Communication with the owners was awesome. Overall, I would stay here again.

Beach getaway

The unit was adorable and had an amazing view of the beach across the street. It was a bit busy at this end of town but very convenient to both ends of the island! Beach was amazing with awesome sunsets. Love AMI

Great location for the price

This unit was very clean and cute. We could see the ocean from our deck. Everything went smoothly. The price was very reasonable for how close to the beach it was. I would recommend this unit.

Perfect little vacation home

The facility was clean, updated, and perfect location. The beds were comfortable and parking was convenient. The decor was adorable. Loved the small balcony off the front. Hosts communication was top notch. Liked that it had a pool but we never used it. Unfortunately the other families staying in the three other units were large groups and made using the commons areas difficult. Wish these units would be limited to the number of family members residing.

Cozy little beach house.

Absolutely a 10 out of 10! Our first time staying on Anna Maria Island and we loved every minute! Especially due to this beautiful, cozy, idyllic, homey condo. Perfectly decorated and very comfortable. Not to mention the view. The balcony is right across from the beach access with a perfect view of the Gulf. Great spot for morning coffee and even saw some dolphins from there. Christine and Victor are great hosts. Almost immediate responses to questions and they didn’t miss a beat when stocking the condo with what you might need while there. Plus a great pool with a very convenient restroom/laundry facility right in the pool yard! We even had the pool to ourselves the first couple days but also loved sharing it with the other fun guests. Can’t wait to come again!

AMI 2023

Overall we were very happy with our stay. Our reservation was for 6 people and I am so glad that at the last minute 3 of them were not able to come. While the place was great, well stocked, and clean; I can not imagine having 6 people in there comfortably for 8 days. Beds were comfortable, the balcony had a great view, and we appreciated the beach chairs/umbrella/cart. A large group occupied 2 of the other units while we were there and the outside space is very small, which made the time we were able to use the pool and patio very limited, but when we were able to we found it to be a great space. Overall we had a great vacation and have already recommended this place to other people.
