Built in 1909 and fully renovated, this charming bungalow style home has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Windsor Place is situated minutes from downtown Salt Lake, walking distance to East Liberty Park and the popular 9th & 9th block, and just a 35 minute drive to world renowned skiing.''

The kitchen cabinets are fully stocked! Make breakfast & sip your hot coffee on the front porch or throw something on the grill out back & have an après ski feast for the whole family.

The living room has plenty of seating & extra blankets. Snuggle up on those chilly winter nights or head out to the front or back patio to relax & watch the sunset over the mountains.
This 4 bedroom home sleeps up to 9 people. (1) King, (2) Queens, (1) pull out bunk bed. Each room has extra pillows, blankets, luggage racks, & enough closet space to empty your suit case & stay a while.

Family friendly amenities are stocked throughout. Such as; sound machines, pack-n-play, black out curtains, kids silverware & dishes, toys, high-chair, and extra bibs.

The home also has heated bathroom floors, USB charging ports on the nightstands, Wi-Fi, heat, Smart TV, washer & dryer, blow dryer, iron & ironing board, & board games and a deck of cards just in case.

Ski Getaway

Overall, our stay was nice and we had everything we needed. House was clean and well stocked. We wanted to visit Park City and Brighton, so it was a central location for us. The only reason for 4 starts instead of 5, was because of some work being done. I feel we should have been informed earlier than the day before we arrived. We weren’t there to hang out at the house but still had a couple times we wanted to sit and relax and had drilling/hammering going on outside (& we could not use the front door). The only time we really needed the front door was for our pizza delivery as parking is in the back. I did reach out to the host, they responded quickly, but really not much we could do at that point. They did offer to reimburse us for unused nights if we wanted to move elsewhere, but we had to stay the 1st night and VRBO does not allow last minute bookings and we weren’t going to move half way through our trip. Some type of concession would have been appropriate, being the inconveniences . The only other issue we had is the water does not stay inside the upstairs shower. It runs out all over the floor and we used towels to keep it under control. Honestly, if we would have been informed earlier of the work or offered some type of concession, I would have given 5 stars.

Very clean and cozy!

We enjoyed our stay! The home was spotless with freshly washed towels. Nicely decorated. Enough room for our family of five. Not too far from Park City! I would suggest a better bed for the bunk bed room. The bottom bunk was a full size & came with a very thin futon style mattress. Not very comfortable. The upstairs shower was fantastic except that it's open at the bottom & allows a fair amount of water to spill out up against the wall.

Great place to stay

I once lived in SLC and always wanted to be in the Sugarhouse area. I finally had my chance when visiting with my family for a soccer tournament. The location of this property is perfect. Property management was absolutely wonderful. I will stay at this property again if I have to go back to UT

utah graduation

This is a wonderful location for activities at the University of Utah and downtown. comfortable hub to have meals together, relax in the evenings after day trips to park city, salt flats, hiking.

The house is comfortable and in a good location. The on-line book with information was not easy to access. Having a printed book would have really helped.

Hidden gem

This place has a lot of upgraded renovations. It felt brand new top to bottom. Owners are very responsive to questions and needs. It sits in an area where homes around it are older, but the interior of this home is completely redone and redone very well.

Excellent property - Excellent location

Very clean and well outfitted house, with plenty of space. Location is in the middle of everything, with 5 min drive to a grocery store and multitude of restaurants. It was a record-breaking hot week in SLC, but the house AC kept us very comfortable. We also enjoyed the basketball hoop in the back. We would gladly come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this property!

This house was as advertised. We loved the large parking at the property. Plenty of room for our family of 7. Close to shops and many local restaurants. We would recommend this place and happily stay there again.

Spring Break Getaway

Spent the week in town during our oldest son’s spring break from The U. Location was good as downtown is a few miles away and access into the canyon resorts was only about 40 minutes on the weekdays. The house was well kept and the kitchen had enough plates and cookware to get through several meals. Grocery shopping was a short drive. Good amount of parking in the back and in warmer weather the basketball hoop would have seen some use.

Great house for our ski trip

The house is very nice and the location is great. Close to Liberty Park and also the center of Sugar House—the neighborhood is nice, safe, and in a great spot for access to all of SLC. We rented the house for a ski trip and the location was perfect for the Cottonwood Canyons and close to I80 if you want to head over to Park City. Overall we couldn’t have been happier and will definitely book this first if we make the trip here again.
