Amenities were great and the apartment was so spacious for the price! We did not rent a car and walked to nearby shops and restaurants. There was a grocery store nearby so the fully stocked kitchen ward was a treat.

We like these condo arrangements, they are nice size and have many amenities, it’s like being at home. They are very comfortable especially for two couples. I really like the size of the Lani. It’s always a plus to have comfortable beds.

Wonderful relaxing location

You place is very nice and well kept up. The location within the complex is really nice and private. It is also great for getting around the Waikoloa resort from the mall to the other beach. We enjoyed our stay.

The condo was in a great location and had everything we needed.

We spent a week on the Big Island, and this condo was perfect for our trip. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tubs were wonderful, and the gym was just what my sons needed so they didn’t miss a workout. We were within walking distance of shops, restaurants, a resort, and the beach.

Clean, central condo

Condo was easy to find. Very clean and well stocked kitchen and includes all basic supplies. Owner allowed us to check out late which was a big help. Owners provided very helpful information on the area, restaurants, things to do. A very enjoyable stay! Would highly recommend.

This is a beautiful unit located close to Hilton and the Kings and Queens shops in Waikoloa. It is very well furnished and stocked. The owners make available all their unit's equipment, so you can find beach towels, boogie boards, snorkel sets, umbrellas, chairs, etc. The kitchen had all the tools we needed. The owners and the local manager are very friendly and quick to respond. We also liked the lanai's privacy, which is better than that of other units in this complex, because of the unit's location at the corner of its building. We'd love to come back and stay in this place for other vacations.

Beautiful!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautifully renovated condo. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. If you choose to dine in, the kitchen is well stocked with all the tools you would need. A nice market is within walking distance. If you want to eat out, many restaurants are nearby. If you are going to spend the day at the beach, towels, chairs and even an umbrella is available. We had a wonderful time here and hope to return.

Perfect Big Island Vacation

First time staying at this Big Island location in Waikoloa Village and will definitely stay there again if it's available. We've previously stayed in units on the higher floors in Waikoloa, but really enjoyed the lower level unit with access to the outdoor gardens. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. We did not take advantage of the beach gear, but it was available if we had more time. Wifi, TV and AC were easy to use and functioned well. Parking was convenient along with access to the gated complex. While most of the parking spots were taken, the unit was VERY quiet and we saw only a few other tenants during our stay. Communication with the owners was top notch as they provided very detailed instructions including recommendations for local places to eat and see. Enjoyed our trip and stay!

Vista's Condos

Property location on lower level, nice lanai, convenient to everything. Kitchen is remodeled, but, kitchen is not outfitted with all things needed to cook, and serve meals. Property is in need of new bed sheets, on all beds, Bed spreads/cover, bathroom linens, but the most needed is in the Living room. Very uncomfortable, sofa, can not be seated on because cushion slides forward, sitting, you are on a downhill slope. No comfort to be found!! Recliner is ok, the rocker is also uncomfortable to sit, visit or watch tv. With a little attention to everyday items, this could be a very nice place to stay.

Trip of a lifetime!

This was our family's first experience staying in a condo and it was awesome! I would rate it a 4.8 on a 5 scale due to a couple of small glitches. Check in was easy, only problem was that we arrived after dark and the "porch" light was burnt out so it was hard to find the keys. The front door screen needs to be repaired/replaced. It was pretty wabbly if you tried to pull it out. We just chose to not use it. We were traveling with our elderly parents so the ground level worked well for us. Kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms. There were plentiful linens. The lanai was nice and sheltered from the wind. The grounds were beautiful, a family of quail walked by the lanai every morning! The pool and hot tub area are beautiful and well maintained with restrooms and a shower. The only problem we had was with the sleeper sofa the last night of our stay. Our son and his wife who live locally, spent the night with us. The sofa was easy to pull out but very difficult to put back. We ended up leaving it out. We had an overall wonderful experience and would love to come back soon!
