Our newly refurbished and spotless apartment-style lodgings are close to the Miami Beach Convention Center and just a short distance from the renowned Lincoln Road Mall, Collins Avenue, and of course, the ocean. They are ideal for both business and pleasure travelers.

This listing is specifically for a hotel room located within a hotel, distinguishing it from typical residential or apartment accommodations.

- These are THREE separate hotel rooms. Rooms are individually unique and may not be adjoining or adjacent, allocated based on availability upon arrival. The price is for all rooms.

- The hotel requires a valid credit or debit card (Visa, Amex, Discover, or MasterCard) at check-in to cover incidental charges. The hotel will authorize $1.00 on the card to ensure it’s active; this amount will be released after a room inspection at checkout. Prepaid cards, CashApp cards, Chime, and similar mobile payments aren’t accepted. While you can pay your stay balance in cash, the incidentals hold must be on a card. The cardholder must be present at check-in with their ID and the credit card used for booking.

- Pets (up to 25 lbs) are allowed for an additional $250 deposit at check-in which will be refunded at check-out time as long as no damage is incurred. Pet must be accompanied and leashed at all times;
- No on-site parking available. There is a public parking garage located at 1701 Convention Center Dr, Miami Beach, FL 33139. Metered parking on the street with ParkMobile app is another option;
- Daily housekeeping is not provided, but full-room service is offered every third day only. Towel replenishment is provided daily;
