Cozy Coastal Escape with A/C & Parking

Jim has owned this property for over 40 years. In 2017 the House had a major makeover including an all new kitchen and bathroom with upgraded amenities. Air conditioning was also added at that time which is uncommon for the beach area but much appreciated during the few hot days at the beach in San Diego. In 2022, Jim and Nance decided that they would move into the house but also have it available for rent during those times when they were traveling (which they do very often). Time will tell if that will end up being three months a year, four months or???

Nance has taken it upon herself to create a small but beautiful environment where one or two people can relax and enjoy all that San Diego, and in particular Ocean Beach, has to offer. Her plans for 2023 include exterior painting of the house, landscaping and making sure that everything is comfortable and available in the house to make a vacation memorable.

Personally, Jims background is in rehabilitation counseling where he worked at Sharp hospital in San Diego and also taught at San Diego State. Nance has a background in mechanical engineering and business administration.
