Laketown Wharf offers the resort-style vacation you’re looking for. Laketown Wharf Parking Pass & Wristband Fee:
A one-time $78.17 fee, paid directly to the HOA via their online portal, is required. The link will be emailed after registration, which must include guest names, ages, and vehicle details. Parking passes are picked up at the front desk, and wristbands are in the unit. Leave all wristbands at checkout to avoid a $50 replacement fee each.

Panama City Beach:
You’re close to Pier Park, offering endless shopping, dining, and entertainment, plus beautiful state and community parks just minutes away. Pick up groceries and beverages at Publix or Winn-Dixie, and enjoy easy access to the 30A area for a fraction of the cost of staying in Rosemary, WaterColor, or Seaside. You’ll also have nearby access to the Pier for fantastic pier fishing with rental rods and bait available.
