Other things to note:
• Since our cabin is located in the woods, you may encounter some of the local wildlife including bees, other insects, squirrels, deer, and occasionally black bears. Please stay aware of your surroundings and exercise caution during your stay.
• Bears are dangerous!
• Check with us for early check-in availability
• 6 Person Hot tub is for adults only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
• No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
• Pets are NOT allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.
• Absolutely no fires inside the cabin or outside! Only fire in the fire pit is
allowed. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
• No late check-out. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
• Since there’s no waste pickup service in the area, guests are responsible for disposing of their own trash.

Hey there!
I’m Roman. I was born and raised in Ukraine, but have been living in US since I turned 20.
I always wanted to have a peaceful place, a gateway from the city, where me and my family could unwind and connect with the nature. Not so long ago we have found this place in Tennessee which we now call our home and which we would love to share with you.
I'm a software engineer and an VRBO host at the same time. I love traveling, hiking, camping, meeting new people. I also love being a host, which also means making home improvements.
Most of the work I’m doing myself (thanks YouTube for the training) because I enjoy learning new things and because I want my guests to have the best experience possible.
