Totally Beachin' - 2BR/2BA Prominence Home - Sleeps 5 - Golf Cart, Bikes & Community Pool
Totally Beachin' is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Aruba-model home for up to 5 guests in Prominence on 30A, between Watersound and Alys Beach. A 6-seater golf cart and 4 bikes are included, and the Prominence community pool, which is heated during the winter months, is close by.
The open living and dining areas have 10-foot ceilings and plenty of windows. The kitchen has a gas cooktop, a built-in oven, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a full-size refrigerator with an ice maker, and there is seating for 6 at the dining table plus 3 at the bar. The living room sofa opens into a queen sleeper.
The Primary Bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 also has a king bed and uses the second full bathroom, which has a tub/shower combination.
The home also has a full-size washer and dryer, an outdoor patio, a garage and driveway parking for 1 car.
ABOUT PROMINENCE
Prominence's 5,000-square-foot resort-style community pool has cabanas, and the community also has outdoor dining pavilions, grills, fireplaces and an outdoor amphitheater that hosts concerts, movies and sports broadcasts. The Big Chill serves everything from tacos to wings, burgers and shakes, and restaurants are within walking distance.
BEACH ACCESS
The closest beach access is Deer Lake State Park, about 0.5 miles west. It has a small parking area (about $3) and restrooms, and the walk from the parking area to the beach is a little longer than at other accesses. Alcohol is not allowed at the state park, and beach service is not available. Gulf Lakes, about 0.5 miles east, is a small Walton County access without parking, and Sea Breeze, just beyond it, has a shower but no parking or restrooms. To the west, Walton Dunes (about 2 miles, at the end of Beachfront Trail) has parking, and Santa Clara (about 3.5 miles, near Bramble Grove Road) has parking and restrooms.

Excellent, would highly recommend
Everything was great. Super clean and had everything we needed. The bikes and golf cart made it so much easier for us to get around 30A. Would definitely stay again!

This place was clean and convenient. The beds were comfy. The golfcart and beach accessories were great to have! Just a geads up, this unit does not come stocked with any type of seasonings or oil of any kind, so just keep that in mind if youre going to be cooking here. We would stay again!

Perfect place for our family vacation
We loved the location, the golf cart, the bikes and the pool. The home was clean and furnishing were beautiful. Plus, it was close proximity to The Chill. The Chill has great shopping and food to our whole family. We also enjoyed the evenings of entertainment. We will be coming back for sure!

The place was BEAUTIFUL! We had an amazing time! There was just one or two cleanliness problems that we encountered. One being some sand on the floors in the main living area (it took me just a few minutes to sweep it up. The second being the draining of the guest bathroom. It was very inconvenient to shower in such a fast clogging shower. Other than that, the place was great and the host was very responsive! Would definitely go back and would recommend to others!

Totally Beachin' is in Prominence, a community on 30A between Watersound and Alys Beach. Its large resort-style community pool (about 5,000 sq. ft., heated during the winter) has surrounding cabanas, and the community also has outdoor dining pavilions, community grills and fireplaces, and an outdoor amphitheater for concerts, movies and sports broadcasts. The Big Chill in Prominence serves tacos, wings, burgers and shakes, and other restaurants are within walking distance.
The closest beach access is Deer Lake State Park, about 0.5 miles west (no alcohol and no beach service there). Gulf Lakes, a small Walton County access, is about 0.5 miles east, with Sea Breeze just past it. Walton Dunes is about 2 miles west, and Santa Clara, with parking and bathrooms, is about 3.5 miles west. The included golf cart and 4 bikes make these short trips easy.

Totally Beachin' is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Aruba unit for up to 5 guests. Both bedrooms have king beds: the Primary Suite has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and Bedroom 2 uses a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The living room sofa converts to a queen bed for a fifth guest.
The open living and dining areas have 10-foot ceilings and plenty of windows. The kitchen has a gas cooktop, a built-in oven, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a full-size refrigerator with an ice maker, and the dining area seats 6 with 3 more seats at the bar. An outdoor patio, a full-size washer and dryer, wireless internet, off-street parking with a garage, a golf cart and 4 bikes are included.
