We had a great stay! The place was nice, clean, and well maintained. The location was very convenient, right across from the pool, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything was well kept. The owner and property management team were also extremely responsive whenever we had a question or needed assistance. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely rent here again!

Great Location

Pool across the street, good places to eat a few blocks away and the beach 1 mile away. Place was roomy and had everything we needed. Would def stay here again!

Great place to stay- very clean

Our family had a great time at this property. House was very clean and was fully stocked with kitchen supplies and beach gear. Only downside is Verizon service and wifi is spotty.

Amazing House!

From checkin to checkout, we had an awesome stay at the Crab Cottage. Perfect location and lovely, safe, family friendly neighborhood with great access to everything you need!

Perfect spot for the Family

Fantastic place. Super clean and modern. Golf cart is fantastic addition. The Beach is about 1 mile down the road. Absolutely beautiful.

Great stay in 30A

This house was wonderful! The location to the pool was our favorite part. We also loved the multiple outdoor spaces to spend time. The house was extremely clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. We enjoyed the Big Chill and location to beaches. Our group would definitely recommend this house!

Crab Cottage has set the bar!!! We absolutely loved our stay at this house conveniently located in Prominence. This house is beautiful appointed (and very clean) and has everything you could need for the stay. We visited with our young adult children, and everyone had their own space, yet we loved gathering in the living room, around the kitchen island or on the patio. The big porch swing was my absolute favorite and the perfect place to quietly enjoy morning coffee. The owner's thought of everything including items for the beach- beach chairs, a wagon for hauling the gear, spike ball set, skim board, and of course the 6-person golf cart. We loved making the short trek to Deer Lake State Park beach- stunning. If the pool is your vibe, it is across the street. The house location is perfect with walking access to The Big Chill where we enjoyed our nightly ice cream. The management company was also so easy to work with and communication was great. We have stayed in several condos in the area but this house was just PERFECT in every way. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful location

This property is right across from the community pool! We could let the kids walk over and swim while we cooked or hung out on the front porch. The unit comes with a golf cart and is less than a mile from public beach access. We could walk to the Hub for food and fun. It is almost midway on 30A which allowed us to explore the other communities with no hassle. We will be staying again!

Beautiful property

Crab Cottage is a beautiful home in a very nice community. The house was clean with everything available for a wonderful stay. I especially liked having access to the golf cart which we used daily. The only negative is there is no private beach access at the Prominence Property. We made due by using the community shuttle to visit Santa Rosa Beach and took the golf cart to Deer Lake beach which was closer and less crowded. Perfect family vacation.

The house is great. For small families with kids is super convenient with the pool located right across the street. But, for beach access it’s not the greatest nor the worst. You can’t walk to a beach here. They say deer park is the closest but that’s terrible with kids. It’s not far but it is when you’re unloading the cart. Not recommended. We used public access point 14 and it worked great. It’s just a 10-15min drive up the coast on the cart. Going south you had a closer beach access but no parking. Other than that it’s good. House is beautiful, clean, and spacious. What’s bad, they’ve done little for you to come in and enjoy right away. You’ll need salt and pepper, trash bags, paper towels, shampoo and soap, etc. They have the normal pots and pans for you but the daily stuff you will need to make a run to the store because they’ve given you about 2 days worth of shampoo for 12 people for a weeks long stay. What a hotel does for you and is expected, this place does not.
