The perfect family vacation home with all the amenities! Private heated pool, carriage house, open concept floor plan, quartz counters throughout, indoor + outdoor living and dining spaces, multiple porches, 3rd floor bunk room - this home has it all!
Located in the Eastern Lake area of Seagrove, this location cannot be beat! Steps to the beach!
The space
Welcome to "Molly Mae on 30A"
** The outdoor space was just renovated to include all new travertine around the pool area, a built in fireplace, pergola and more! **
This beach retreat is located on a quiet street in the heart of Seagrove, in the ultra-desirable area adjacent to Eastern Lake.
The main house has 5 bedrooms (including the 3rd floor bunk area) and 3.5 bathrooms that sleeps 14, and the carriage house adds sleeping for 4 more and an additional bathroom.
The home features a private, heated saltwater pool, 4 porches, lush landscaping and parking for up to 5 cars. Inside, you will find beautiful hardwood floors, a fully upgraded chef's kitchen with waterfall quartz island, stunning bathrooms, 2 master en-suite king bedrooms, and a bonus bunk room on the 3rd floor with a kitchenette.

*We also manage three other homes next to this one, if you have a large group but still want to stay close! They are Eastern Hideaway (277 Eastern Lake- 5 bedrooms), Morning Dew Cottage (285 Eastern Lake- 4 bedrooms), and The Jackpot (49 Brown St- 7 bedrooms). Based on availability, these homes can be rented out at the same time.
Guest access
There is parking for about 4-5 cars.
Other things to note
Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
Southern Holiday Homes LLC can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by the pool or other amenities provided to guests.
