Very spacious home. Close to beach as advertised. Kitchen had everything you'd want except a good frying pan for eggs. Pool was nice and maintained well.

Beautifully decorated home. Divided Master Suite away from the other bedrooms made for a quiet night sleep for (old folks). Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and stay in for dinner. The only drawback on kitchen was a small counter depth refrigerator. There were 13 of of us. Inconvenient to go to grocery everyday. Washer and dryer were big and easy to use. Pool was small but it worked for our needs. Beach was an easy walk with no stairs. Overall this was an excellent house! We will be back next year.

Wonderful House!!

Absolutely beautiful home with so much open space! The location is perfect! Very easy check in and check out! Also has a huge kitchen filled with state of the art appliances. 100000/10!

Family Vacation

Big Beach Watch property was just perfect for our family vacation! The house was very clean, which is very important to me. The kids loved the bunk room! The adults loved the privacy the house provides. It was like we each family had their own wing of the house. The location to the beach is just a short walk and you can see if from the balconies. The kids loved the bunk room! Very nice location. We will definitely go back.

This is a great home for a larger family. Our group of 11, ranging in age from 1-68 had plenty of room. The grandkids loved the pool! Being towards the end of the road, and with the private beach access, there were never any crowds. The only thing that should be made more clear: while there is access to the private boardwalk to the beach, it is not clearly spelled out that our section of beach is to the left at the end of the boardwalk. There is a sign big we did not notice it until our fourth day there! With the Deer Lake State Park signs at the end of the boardwalk it was a little confusing initially. But once we figured that part out the rest was good. There are beach chairs and boogie boards on the back patio along with a folding wagon. I do recommend renting a beach wagon- the large wheels made a big difference on the sand! There are two bicycles at the house but one has a flat tire. Overall this is a great house in a great location. The kitchen is stocked with a large variety of cookware, plates and glasses, and serving bowls. All you really need is your sunscreen and beach towel!
