All are the scenic heart of 30A. Each village has its own unique characteristics that allow for that picturesque memory. Activities are abundant all along 30-A and South Walton. Challenging golf, eclectic shops, unique galleries, and award - winning dining are all a part of the area's distinct character. Outdoor activities are abundant within the four state parks, a state forest, 15 rare coastal dune lakes and the Gulf of Mexico.

Free Bikes for your trip around 30A bike paths. There is actually a bike path around Seacrest Beach. There are 22 miles of sidewalks and beach communities to visit.

This luxurious chic studio/condo is just the right size for an intimate stay. You will be steps to everything happening in the coastal villages of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach & Seacrest Beach. Private deeded beach access, to the sugar white sands & turquoise waters.

We loved our stay at this beautiful location! Communication was smooth, the apartment was clean and cute, and in a prime location. Easy access to the beach, Rosemary, and Alys - which was exactly what we wanted! The bikes were a huge plus as well! Hope to be back soon!!

Great Stay

Great Overall Stay!

Great place to stay

Great place to stay and relax. Clean and spacious for just two. Location was perfect for everything we wanted and the walk to the beach was good and didn’t take long at all!

Everything was excellent. The treats when we got there were a godsend after our long drive. The only minor issue was the ability to cook food in the room. Everything that was available to cook with was described in the listing, so it was no shock. The price of the food in town, due to the beach tax, caused us to want to cook, but we were limited. We decided to get pizza and that lasted our whole trip and the microwave was perfect for it. Overall, if there was a stove, it would be 10/10. But I would give it a 9.75/10

Wonderful

We enjoyed everything about our stay here. The included bikes really made it perfect and we didn't have to use our car once. This was exactly what we needed and we hope to come back soon!

Incredible stay at Seacrest Beach at this condo! Loved EVERYTHING about it! The host(s) were gracious and were able to change our travel plans to add up to 5 days extra both on the front end and the back end of our stay! Needa Brannon has lived on the Emerald Coast of Florida since 1979 and has seen the growth as it has evolved over the years as an awesome location for primary homes as well as second homes and investment properties. She fell in love with design in college. Soon after she became a realtor, she became madly in love with buying Florida beach homes to design with coastal vacation home decor. Always striving for that perfect vacation for visitors. She wants your vacation to be all that you have imagined it to be. Owners own several homes in Seacrest.
