This newly remodeled two-bedroom, two-bathroom property, is the perfect location for your Kona trip, the beach is across the street. Enjoy the lovely decor, Air conditioning, fast wifi, private lanai, and a well-stocked kitchen.

Upon entry, you will enjoy the space that feels upgraded with the calmness of Aloha. The primary bedroom has a new king bed and smart television for guests to relax and unwind. Unpack your belongings in the closet for convenience. There is also a bathroom with a shower attached to the primary bedroom, with hall access for guest use.

The living area is open and has a great flow to allow for conversation from the kitchen to the living areas and lanai. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets any at-home chef needs. You can keep the chef company, by relaxing on the bar stools or enjoy dining outside al fresco style on the lanai. The living area has a large flat-screen smart television and there is a window air conditioning unit.

The guest's bedroom host many options, there is a queen bed and bunk beds deciding on what works best for you and your guests. The bathroom off the guest's room has a bathtub and shower combination. There is also a smart television for guests to stream their favorite shows on. This room also has lani access.

The lanai is a great place to relax and enjoy some Kona coffee and listen to Kona wake up. Enjoy the pool area and BBQ amenity area which aren't far from this unit. You have one designated parking stall, right in front of the unit for convenience. Enjoy all this unit has to offer and turn your moments into memories.

This place was close to everything right next to the beach nice little two bedroom. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with a family of four. The house was fully stocked with the things we needed lots of kitchen stuff! I enjoyed my stay!

I stayed at this property in July 2026. Email instructions were clear and provided in a timely manner. The first issue was the key box on the front door. The box was difficult to open and you have to carry keys with you whenever you leave. Most every place I've stayed in the past 5 years have a keyless entry system. I don't want to carry keys while snorkeling and hiking! Also, if eveyone has the code, no one has to worry about getting the key of they need to return to the residence. The second issue is the air conditioner. It was plugged into a timer that maxed out at 60 minutes. We needed the AC on all night to be comfortable. Who wants to reset the timer every hour? This is unacceptable.There were also strings of lights in the kitchen that were pulsing in a multi-color "disco" vibe. We were exhausted and had to sleep with the bedroom door open (for the AC to reach us). The lights would not turn off using the remote that was affixed to the wall. I eventually found a way to unplug them. These lights belong in a teenager's bedroom, not in a tasteful kitchen. The light switches were also located in weird, out of the way places rather than at the entrance to the area. The beds were comfortable. The shower was OK but there was very low water pressure. The bath towels felt nice but smelled like they'd been cooked in the dryer. The unit is also right on a VERY loud roadway. Loud car and motorcycle exhaust, and bumping stereos will be your listening pleasure most of the time.

Location to Beach was great. You could even walk into town. Great guest parking very functional condo amd appliances. Pool was pretty cold, there is no hot tub. If you are a smoker you are religated to the parking lot in your car. Shower stall is very, very small, 2nd bath has a tub/ shower combo. Has washer, dryer in the unit. The unit does not have a dining table inside, there are 4 bar stools along the backside of the kitchen counter. Table for 6 is on the back porch. Overall a nice place and we had a nice stay.

Wonderful stay in Kona

We loved our stay here. The location is within walking distance to downtown Kona and the condo provided all the amenities to make for a comfortable visit. The only drawback is the traffic in the morning off Ali’i way, but the noise was only noticeable while sitting out on the lanai.

Great location and amenities

We had a lovely time staying at this property. It is the perfect location to walk to the shops/restaurants in Kona. The condo was well stocked and even had beach chairs and towels for us to use. Having bunk beds for the kids was a definite bonus. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful time on Big Island

Location was great and so was place. I wish we had the dryer working all week since we packed lightly expecting to wash our clothes, but we made it work without it.

This was a nice condo with a gorgeous patio for dining. It had everything that we needed and not too far from town, although it helped to have a car. We ate and sat outside in the private tropical garden.There is parking right out front. The wall is not bright turquoise like the picture, but more of a grayish tone (thank goodness). We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Excellent Location & Beautiful Property

This property was perfect for my family. Great location (within walking distance of downtown) and easy access to the main roads for travel around the island. The two bedrooms and bathrooms layout was perfect. Knowing there was access to beach chairs, towels, coolers, and laundry machines at the condo allowed for minimal suitcase packing - more room for souvenirs! Overall, it was great and would definitely rent again. Mahalo!

Place was great! Quiet & cool! Everything was perfect and only complaint was the 1 hour auto timer on the AC units.
