It was just totally renovated and completed in January 2023 from floor to ceiling, and looks sparkling new with modern amenities, trendy white kitchen cabinets with beautiful granite countertops. All furnitures, beddings, kitchenware are all brand new! The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, utensils, pots and pans, etc for your convenience. The condo is located on the 5th floor (with elevator), with a covered, private balcony overlooking the pool. The complex boasts of a heated pool and spa, picnic tables, a private dock for your boat and a well manicured landscape. It is the perfect place to relax and take in the fresh breeze from the Intercoastal waterways. This condo is just a short 5 minute walk to a white sandy beach of Indian Shores.

Golden Shores community has a large sparkling heated pool with a sundeck for your enjoyment between your beach activities or lounging for a pool day. A private fishing pier along the Intercoastal waterway is available, picnic area and barbecue grills and shuffleboard is available too.

This condo has 2 large bedrooms (1,320 sq. ft. total area) equipped with everything you will need to feel right at home and 2 Full Bathrooms. It has all the decorative touches that make you feel like you are in an island paradise. The living room has a flat screen television with basic cable and Wi-Fi included. The master bedroom is well-appointed with a king size bed equipped with a new comfortable mattress. The newly updated master bathroom has a lovely granite countertops with the trendy gray vanity cabinet. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed with a new puffy mattress as well for optimum comfort and the updated guest bathroom is at the hallway The condo sleeps 4 comfortably. The spacious open floor plan with designer touches features an inviting living room area with cable flat screen Cable TV, a full size couch and a loveseat. This unit also includes one assigned covered garage parking.

Indian Shores is a small breathtaking town set on a barrier island between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico with 2.65 miles of beautiful beach. Indian Shores is home to the largest non-profit wild bird hospital in the United States, Seabird Sanctuary and remains the perfect vacation destination nestled between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach.

Neighboring towns of Indian Shores are Indian Rocks Beach, Redington Beach, Madeira Beach and Treasure Island also provide so much to see and do while visiting the Gulf Coast of Florida.

The Tampa-St. Pete areas are known as a major sports hub, recently winning the Super Bowl LV and now known as "Champa-bay", attend a football game at the Tampa Buccaneers - Raymond James Stadium or take in a ball game in downtown St. Pete where the Tampa Bay Rays, MLB play.

The beach trolley has a stop conveniently located along Gulf Boulevard and travels as far North as Clearwater Beach and as far South as St. Pete Beach, allowing you to go see and do!
