Forkæl din familie - bo på det bedste på Vestkysten Strand. Fange solnedgangen fra balkonen af ​​vores elegante, Ikkerygerværelser, 1900 SQ. FT. hjørne ejerlejlighed på premier Beach Palms.

Lounge på vores smukke tropiske have pool (opvarmet i vinterhalvåret) for året rundt svømning. Lounge stole og parasoller er på dækket området og puljen er omgivet af svajende palmer og frodige tropiske planter.

Vores opskalere, dejlige udpeget, tre soveværelser, to bad, overdimensionerede, hjørne Condo giver dig mulighed for at gå ned til sandstranden lige fra balkonen trappe. Det store soveværelse og stue åbent direkte til altan med panoramaudsigt over den beroligende vand i Den Mexicanske Golf for at se disse betagende solnedgange hver aften. Den anden gæst soveværelse har også en privat balkon.

Beach Palms ejendom er velholdt for din fornøjelse med sikkerhed på stedet. Vores Condo har en underjordisk privat parkeringsplads. Vi har også en overraskelse skab fyldt med badedyr, flåd, is brystet og strandstole til din brug.

Wonderful Set Up!

The condo is as advertised, beautiful views from Family Room, Master, and Kitchen of the Gulf at all times. Large balcony with spiral stairs is a huge bonus as it leads directly to the beach and pool with no hassles of elevator or waiting. Surf fishing each morning was nice, balcony was also great for a cigar smoker. The beach is wide and private, volleyball court next door. It was perfect for our family of grown kids in college and large enough to have their friends visit throughout the week. The beach closet has all that you would need including fishing poles, beach towels, chairs, etc. Friendly Tavern Karaoke was so much fun we went twice and it is walking distance. We look forward to returning again.

Great location

Very conveniently located, and the view is obviously great. The master bath layout is a bit unique for the able bodied. However, it’s a great setup for someone using a walker. There’s even a portable shower seat. It’s also very close to the elevator, and has a nice open flow. The owners are pleasant as well.

Beach Vacation

This was a perfect spot for a beach vacation. The condo was fantastic. It was plenty of space for our family of 7 including a one year old infant. Right on the beach and close to lots of restaurants and plenty of activities. Highly recommend 10 out of 10!

Spacious beach front condo in quiet area with wonderful view of Gulf Coast. Close to restaurants and short drive to St. Petersburg, Tampa to the south and Clearwater to the north.

Communication

The condo was great! The owner did not know about work being done at the condos. There was no communication from the property management company that there would be maintenance work, a jack hammer, all week. It was not relaxing But the owner was very considerate and worked with me with this situation. Please if you are booking a unit- make sure you ask what type of work will be done while you are there. That way neither of you are surprised.

October Family Getaway

This Indian Shore Condo was a fantastic find and I am so fortunate to have stayed here for a week with my husband, 2 adult children and 2 grandsons, ages 5 & 7. The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is quite large, clean, very comfortable with all the essential amenities and more. The location can't be beat, with private steps off the balcony you are only a few feet away from the beach and pool. Great location, nearby to many restaurants and attractions. No reason to leave paradise but with grandchildren I made exceptions with trips to Zoo Tampa and the Aquarium. Easy to check-in and check-out. Vi and her daughter Dawn, were very accommodating and responsive to our call with questions about the AC and Internet. I highly recommend this condo for a vacation stay and look forward to returning.

Great Owners

The AC went out and even though I called the wrong #, Dawn got it fixed quickly. Very nice owners and they will quickly fix any issues in the condo. I would highly recommend this rental. Very large 3 bedroom condo with a spectacular ocean view. Beautiful, clean and comfortable. Thanks, Vi and Dawn, for a great week!

Exhilarating

Beach Palms Never Disappoints!

This property was exactly as advertised! Spacious with plenty of room. The VIEW! The oceanview deck gave spectacular sunsets and ease to the pool and beach with the connecting stairs. There are plenty of pool/sand toys and chairs for the beach. Vie and Dawn were great to communicate with and quick to answer any questions. We enjoyed our vacation and R&R on the beach. There is alot to do in the area and only a short drive to Clearwater or St. Pete for added shopping and restaurants! This is our 3rd year staying and we will be back! Thanks again for everything!

Family vacation

Nice property close to beech easy access to pool and beech.. just big enough for the family.. tv remotes confusing and dryer didn’t work well.. dishwasher broke spent three hours inside working with him on my vacation… just found out I was charged extra free for clean up left laundry lol dryer was broke remember… lied about the couch bed being pulled out.. would never rent this condo again…

The condo was absolutely gorgeous, beautiful sunsets, and the great beaches. The one negative was the air condition. It needs to be replaced.It had to be set @ 74 or higher or it could freeze up. It was a very warm and we had a choice of opening the window for a breeze or shut all blinds to try to keep the temperature wouldn’t go up and miss the view.

Vie HImley is an original owner in this condo building. She and George surprised the family after a trip to Treasure Island in 1989 when they returned home and advised that they had bought a condo on the beach! It was always their dream to move from Illinois to Florida in their earlier years, but it never worked out. The condo has been the center of the extended family's fun times since 1991. Many grandchildren learned to swim in the condo's pool. Vie has loved to share her 2nd home with guests for all these years, and hopes that you love the condo and area as much as she and her family do.

It had to be on the beach, it had to be nice and quiet, it had to have good restaurants around, and lots to do, or nothing to do. When they saw the sales trailer that spring, 1989, they knew the location was perfect!
