The space
Each room has a unique spin on a beach home feel that incorporates The Sunset Surf vibes to help you unwind and connect. You will find two rooms that feature a king bed and their own exterior door, one room with a queen, and two bunk rooms. Each bunk room features one full bed and a triple twin bunk bed. Premium memory foam mattresses are throughout the home with sheets, coverlet, comforter, and two pillows per guest. Next to the beds you will find a nightstand complete with a reading light & in the bunks, shelves, plug-ins for your devices and an individual light for your convenience on a switch (all outlets in bunks have child proof protectors to ease all your worries mama). Each room you will find a ceiling fan or stand fan for your comfort needs.

Bedroom 1: The surf & turf room on the main level features a queen sized bed with armoire and dresser. Snuggle underneath fish-themed blankets and enjoy the surf board and patent art work in this fun room.

Bedroom 2: The sunset room located on the main floor features a king sized bed with large closet. Find the perfect space to catch up on work or have plenty of space to get ready with the desk found in this room. Unwind while watching your favorite show on the 48in. Roku smart tv found in this room. In the morning walk out your own private door from your room to the peaceful patio to enjoy the breeze. This room is perfectly positioned next to the large main level bath.

Bedroom 3: The sunshine room located on the main floor features a triple bunk bed (singles) and a full bed separate from the bunks and and an armoire to store your belongings. In this room you get all the cheery feel of Florida with yellow palm leave wallpaper while you bunk up with your friends or family. You can find a 48in. Roku smart tv here ready to connect to your favorite apps to stream from. This room also includeds it's own mini split air conditioner to dial in that temp just right.

Bedroom 4: The ocean room is located upstairs next to the master. Here you will find a triple bunk bed (singles) and full bed separate from the bunks with a large closet and dresser to store your belongings. The placement of this room makes it perfect for families traveling with littles since it's close to mom and dad. You can find some kids toys in this room for your kids to enjoy and a 48in. roku smart tv.

Bedroom 5: The master room is located upstairs. This room has a king bed with a closet and large dresser. Located in the closet is a vanity/desk to help make getting ready easier and to also provide space to get your work done. You can walk out your private door to the deck anytime you like to enjoy views of the lagoon or the kids playing in the back yard. With an ensuite bath that features a rain shower head sure to help you relax and cool off.

The BATHROOMS all feature at least one shower head and hand sprayer that are both adjustable in pressure and include your body wash, hand soap, shampoo, & conditioner & blow dryer for your entire stay to make travel easier.
-the MASTER BATH has an additional large rain shower head that can be used individually or in conjunction with the main shower head and sprayer.
-the MAIN LEVEL BATH boasts two shower heads and two sprayers to help make showering all the kids faster or for the couples who want to get ready together.
-the UPSTAIRS HALL BATH features a tub and shower combo to allow for those guests who prefer a bath a place to do so.

The KITCHEN comes fully stocked with all the utensils and cookware you need.
My favorite features include:
-the large island to prepare meals on and also allow for seating of up to five people.
-the coffee bar stocked with all the essentials for a good cup of coffee or tea
-the large dining table
-the spacious pantry
-the basic spices so you don't have to invest in the simple everyday things while trying to vacation.
-the ninja blender ready to make your favorite frozen drinks.

The BACKYARD boasts a large area to relax or play in.
My favorite features include:
-the large deck with view of the yard and the lagoon
-the lighting that helps it feel magical
-the outdoor games like Corn Hole, Yard Yatzee & Connect 4
-the sounds of the ocean at night
-the outdoor shower with both hot and cold water
-the citrus trees that allow for fresh fruit right on the property for your cooking and beverages
-the outdoor fridge for all extra the beverages or food

The EXTRA SPACES
- LAUNDRY you have access to the onsite washer and dryer and we provide the first washing pods for you.
-LIVING ROOM boasts two large down filled couches with hide-a-beds & a 58in. Roku smart tv. There you will find a double door out to the patio & is conveniently next to the outdoor shower. Easily clean off from the beach and enter the living room where the laundry room is also located for ease of clean up.
Guest access
You will have full access to every part of the house except the 2 owners closets.
