Your walk to the beach from this house is much shorter than staying in most condos. It is located directly across a very small quiet street from a beach access. From your front door it is about 30 second walk to be on the white sand beach.

Wonderful 6 bedroom house located just a short 30 second walk to the beach on a very quiet cul de sac (no through traffic). This well kept and well cleaned house is beautiful and the owners have finished extensive upgrades in January 2021, including new bathrooms, new floors, new furniture, new larger pool deck and backyard, painted inside and outside. A great place for large families or groups, this house offers 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sleeping for 16, 2 kitchens, a private pool, BBQ grill, strong WiFi, Cable TV, plenty of parking spots and more!

Pet Policy - Generally a limit of 3 Pets up to 60 pounds $100 1 Dog $50 each 2nd & 3rd. Fees for 2nd &3rd Dogs will be added to the total shown.
(This house is great for pets offering a large fenced in back yard!)

The location was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool was nice but cold— we had the option to heat but my fault thinking we wouldn’t need it. The fenced back yard was great and had plenty of space

The pool was nasty the whole time it wasn't circulating properly and we talked to the people 3 times and they said they would send over to maintenance, and send someone. Never seen anyone. We cleaned it a little with the net ourselves. Kids never got to swim in it. Because it needed a good cleaning and fix. Several dishes we'd go to use had to be washed because they still had old food on them. A couple of the shower doors would stick. One of our 17 year old boys went to take a shower and the whole door came off track (no forceful close of the door) and shattered all over the boy cutting him! Thankfully just scratches. Of course we wont get our deposit back because they'll see it as our fault even though it wasn't. At least i can do is review and keep others from making the mistake we did. We won't be staying here ever again.

Nice house!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House and the pool were clean when we arrived, it is big and perfect for a large family, my grandbabies loved having their own room and getting in the pool after being at the beach. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing missing is inside stairs but it worked out for us but would be a nice feature.

Overall, the house was great! Location to the beach was a 10! We loved having a private pool that seemed to be well kept. Definitely would stay again if updates were made to the property. One thing we did not care for was that you had to go outside to get from upstairs to downstairs.Things to improve on:1. The upstairs living room furniture (couch and loveseat) definitely need to be replaced. We were grateful that none of our guest had to use the pull-out bed to sleep-can't imagine it would have be comfortable based on the way the furniture sat. 2. Tv in upstairs bedroom-was 1/2 of a screen3. Downstairs dryer did not work, upstairs dryer needed extra time to dry clothes.4. Garbage disposal upstairs was broken.5. Cabinet doors in upstairs kitchen fell off.6.. Air vents really need to be cleaned...3 people went home sick-not sure if the house had any part of that.7. Double check that you get all of your belongings, or they will be gone. Multiple messages have been sent in the attempts (with me more than willing to pay what it takes to get them back) of getting my things returned. I'm aware it was completely my responsibility to double check, but things happen (I was one of the 3 guest that left the home very sick) and I was hopeful that people would work with me....learn from my mistake.

The house was perfect for us. Everyone had their own bedroom, no more then 3 people to a bathroom. We enjoyed the pool and played games in the evening and the beach was just the other side of the houses across the street.

Family getaway

We had 13 of our family & friends that truly enjoyed the location just steps from the beach. The beds were very comfy & clean throughout. The pool is a great bonus when the sand got too hot for little feet. I already asked about a return visit for veteran friends for Army/Navy game!

Great place to stay

Overall this is a great place. I was able to have my whole family in one place. The living room furniture needs replaced and there is alarms on the doors going out to the pool that gets annoying.,but we will definitely be booking again.

Overall a great stay

We enjoyed the property and the location, we did have a few issues but after a quick text our issues were addressed within a couple hours. Definitely needs some updates but we would stay here again

Very fun week

Property was perfect for my group. Wasn’t perfect due to minor cleanliness issues however fit a group of 16 very well. Couple of chairs were broken when we arrived and mattresses had minor stains however the rest of the house was great. My group had a great time and difficulty’s or issues during our trip.

AMAZING

Everything was perfect the house was clean and ready when we got there. The pool was a little dirty when we got there because of rain and wind but someone was there early the next morning without request to clean it up. The host was very quick with responding to questions and were very cooperative with the checking in and out. Will definitely do this house again if I come back!!!

Great house great location

The house was very clean and in a great location. It was a short walk to the beach. I would definitely book this house again. My friends and family enjoyed their stay.

Full of disappointment

First off I rented two houses, two different locations In Panama City, Beach Florida. The dates were set for Tuesday, November 26 through Saturday, November 30. We normally have over 50 people at our Thanksgiving family reunion and needed to make sure that we had elevators for the disabled family members in the elderly. Also that Each location was able to have events as well as space for people coming and eating for Thanksgiving Booking convenience of payments everything was good then it came five days before I was to leave for the vacation. The first house was to hold my uncle And my aunt Plus his two adult children and their spouses and his four grandchildren Who are all under the age of five. Upon the booking, it stated it had an elevator, six bedrooms, kitchen, upstairs and downstairs and a pool However, upon arriving, there is no elevator and the booking technically is two houses three bedrooms each Which was disappointing because this is a family Thanksgiving vacation The house was not up to par and he and his family were disappointed. We called a property manager. Let them know. This was not what the Advertisement said and let them know our grievances about the location. Understandably not much they could do we just continued on. The Friday before I was to leave the property manager called me and let me know that the location I had booked was not available any longer because the owners have decided that they wanted their house during Thanksgiving.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 12 of us in the house. The 2 separate areas were really nice for us. The location was perfect for why we were in PCB. The house was fine for what we needed, we weren't around too much. Just a few minor things about it. Didn't use the pool it was freezing, didn't know we had to request pool heat. The couches need to be updated on the top level. The wood on the driveway by the stairs could be replace. Plenty of parking for all our vehicles and bikes. We would stay there again.

Family Vacation

2 separate spaces. Only way to access each was outside but not a problem. Each floor had 3 br 2 bath. Very beautiful house & close to beach. Great area to stay. Nice area in back with pool. Only downfall was pool wasn’t heated and was cold in Oct but that didn’t bother the kids.There is wooden planks outside on part of the walkway to downstairs unit and by shower. All of them was buckled up and a tripping hazard & very slick by the shower. My 4 yo granddaughter slipped and bumped head while showering off & later tripped on one & skinned her knee but was able to text the rental co about it. They were very sympathetic & concerned & apologized & sent someone from maintenance out to talk with us & take pictures and turn into the owners to hopefully get them fixed. Overall, we had a wonderful stay & LOVED the house. We will definitely keep in mind for next years vacation.

I actually loved that the house was split each having their own entry. The house was very clean, and we had no issues with the washer and dryer as other reviews noted previously.The house was super close to the beach and had some great restaurants and shopping near by.
