Everything was good except there was some black spots on the ceiling that was questionable for mold but they did come check that out and I’m assuming was not as nothing was ever followed up with us about it. The couch was terrible for sitting and sleeping however everything else was clean and served the purpose the view was perfect! Would have like to have seen more decor I feel like it would have gave a more homey condo feeling instead of a hotel room feeling. No games or other entertainment for rainy days an outdated vcr was provided for entertainment with no movies. Again the room was decently nice and served our purpose as the weather was perfect and didn’t spend a lot of time in the room anyways. Easy access to everything, communication was good with owners and the check in and out was super easy!

We’re sorry for the concerns about the ceiling, the comfort of the couch, and the lack of decor and entertainment options, and we understand how these affected your experience. SPRING BREAK for Family

This condo for our needs perfectly as far as location, costs, cleanliness, and was enough room for me and my 2 kids. We did arrive an hour early & got to get inside about 30 mins later. The stay was wonderful minus that the condo didn't have salt/pepper, extra dish clothes/handtowels. Overall I would stay here again! We've stayed at longbeach a few times before and loved it. I highly recommend staying here!!

Clean but basic

We enjoyed our stay, it was clean and the view is great. The condo is very bare minimum, no frills. The condo is good but not great, there’s some ad ons that could make the condo feel more homie instead of a hotel room. The management team is very responsive and helpful!

The check in was bad the code for the door did not work. There is mold on the ceiling throughout. Only had 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 trash bag for the week. Minimal amount of towels for the shower. The light in the bathroom was very dim seemed like a nightlight. Outlets were hard to get to had to get extension cord. The code given to me for the beach was wrong had to find out the code from another guest. The so called couch bed was broken daughter had to just sleep on it as a couch. The sliding glass doors to the balcony were very hard to open and especially hard when you try to get back inside. The only good from this trip was the view and the air conditioning. I would not recommend this condo.

I was disappointed in this location due to the fact it was not listed in the description when we rented it that the tower 2 was under construction. So it was very inconvenient to have to walk to tower 1 to access beach. Also the big pool that was listed in the pictures was closed also due to the construction. It started off bad from the beginning when we got there the code to the door would not work that they gave us then we had to call and they gave a new one. The room has good views but was dirty and out dated. When we decided to go to beach that's when we realized we had to go to tower 1 to access we go there then the code wouldn't work there either so we had to call again to get a code they forgot to add the # to the end of the number. I have rent plenty of condos in the Panama City Beach area over the years but this was the worst that we have received in the past. With that being said I would not recommend this location or ever stay here again.

Very disappointed

Bathroom smelled of urine. Cleaning people came twice when we werent there & I was never notified. Toilet paper holder broke when we arrived. Called southerm vacation rentals. I requested I be notified when maintenance showed up,I was not. Toilet paper holder broke again. I called again,no one ever came back to fix it. No lights worked. Sockets wouldnt hold any chargers. Dust on pantry door. Mildew in shower. I called southern vacation rentals 6 times. No compensation was ever given to me. One elevator worked upon arrival. Next day both elevators did not work.

Nice, comfortable condo unit

Confusing WiFi. Address was not correct as given but did a search and found it. The password was right. We did not have a code for the gate for beach access. Fortunately a neighbor shared. Beach access is important. The door's weather stripping needs attention. Heavy winds create a screaming noise, very unpleasant. Otherwise the unit was comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and beautiful view. All of the staff were pleasant and courteous.

Thank you for staying with us, Benita, and also for sharing your experiences. And I do apologize for the confusion regarding the address. I see the proper address was in the arrival instructions, but regardless, I'm glad you were able to find the Long Beach Resort. And we'll certainly keep your fedback in mind regarding beach access, as I know that's an important selling feature. Additionally, we appreciate the heads-up regarding the weather stripping, and we've asked the maintenance team to address it.
