It is completely renovated, with an open kitchen great for entertaining and 2 comfortable bedrooms and 1 big bathroom. The living area is right in the middle with a big plasma TV. The beach is across the street!

The Space:
You would love this place primarily because of its great LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!
The beach is across the street or the private pool in the back of the lobby. Isla Verde is a nice and safe neighborhood with hotels, restaurants and parks. It is great for walking and doing outdoors exercises. Everything you need, is walking distance. From 24/7 Walgreens and CVS to fancy stores. The apartment is beautiful, modern and cozy with a Great layout. It accommodates 7 people; One room has a king size bed and a comfy sofa bed. The other room has a bunker bed with 2 full beds. It is fully equipped. Great open kitchen with living room. Great for entertaining. It has fast wifi, plasma tv, fully air conditioned, hotel style bathrooms and showers. There is also an assigned parking spot in case you want to visit Old San Juan (12 minute drive) or the Rain Forest (45 min drive). We provide beach towels and chairs.

The Neighborhood:
East of the Condado, en route to the airport, Isla Verde -- technically a part of the municipality of Carolina but in spirit more a part of San Juan -- is both larger than the Condado and probably has more hotels. Here there is also an oceanfront row of luxury condos and hotels along a main oceanfront boulevard. But where Condado may score higher with its restaurants and shops, and its older and more artful architecture, Isla Verde wins hands down in the beach department -- you'll find a wide, clean, white-sand beach running the full length of the neighborhood just off its main strip. The main road here is called Isla Verde Avenue. Pine Grove Beach, a favorite with sailors and surfers, is located east of where the main beach ends. After Isla Verde is a municipal public beach and then the undeveloped area of Piñones, with its rural coastal charms.

Getting Around:
The location only a few minute walk steps away from the beaches, hotels/casinos, supermarkets, pharmacy, shopping centers, retail stores, water-sports (paddle boards, kayaks, Jet-ski) and diversified options of delicious multi-cultural restaurants. Only 10 minutes to Old San Juan and 3-5 minutes away from the airport.

From our apartment you will be enjoying a 1.5 mile-long beach and will be within walking distance to endless options for dining and nightlife.

Other Things to Note:
The laundry and dryer are in the lobby of building in front of the pool.

There is a small Club/Pub in the basement of the building that generate some noice but it does not go inside the apartment if you keep the windows close.

The unit is on a 2nd floor and there is no elevator.

Walgreens and CVS are next door and they are 24/7

Absolutly no smoking or any other smoking like activities inside the aparment or a $420 fine for smoking will be apply.

The pool is open at this moment daily from 8am to 8pm.

I am always available if you need anything whether it be by phone, text, or in person. If schedule permit I’d love to meet you and exchange stories over a coffee or glass of wine however if you are the more private type or just too busy, no problem!
