Welcome to our Beach Dream View, The Sunrise and Sunset are breath taking

We (Jeff and Lisa ) welcome you to our vacation home and share all that it has to offer. Located in Sanibel Condo on the 14th floor with 30 ft of windows floor to ceiling to see for miles of ocean and white sand beach, the crashing of the waves can be heard from the oversized balcony, ( seating for 7 and still room to move around)where many naps can be taken. Our condo will accommodate six people , having a queen bed in one room and the other with 2 full beds ( the sofa makes out into a queen bed sheets are in the ottoman)Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms with in the rooms with double sinks and a tub shower combo. Toilets have their own space with a door for privacy. The bedrooms are equipped with wall mounted tvs and ceiling fans ( all towels and linens are provided). The living room has a big smart tv and can seat up 8 people ( games are in cabinet under tv) it is a nice place watch tv or watch the ocean. Having meals in this condo are great with a dining table can seat up to 6 with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar area. this is great for having people over to play games , watch tv or just look an the view. The third half bathroom come in handy for day time use. Our condo kitchen is well stocked with all you might need dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, larger refrigerator (with ice maker)single pot, French press , coffee grinder and a Keurig ( for coffee lovers) , dishes, cups ,eating utensils ,electric kettle,cheese board, and a electric wine opener . When the beach is calling your name you are just a short walk from the beach ( 5 beach chairs ,4 towels, 2 umbrellas, sand toys, 2 wagons, 2 coolers and a few other beach/ pool item are available for your use). After a day at the beach or fishing at the pier ( the fishing pier and walking trail is at the back of the building) a stackable wash and dryer is their for your convenience. Don’t forget to pay for your parking. It is 35.00 (in cash on the 2nd floor)per car for your stay. We hope you enjoy your stay at our Dream View Vacation condo and all that Gulf Shores AL has to offer from zoo, beaches , go carts, golf, seafood, nature trails , Fort Morgan , boardwalk, Owa water and amusement park I could go on and on please enjoy your stay and live life to the fullest.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The place has a fully stocked kitchen which made it easy to stay in and cook if you didn’t want to eat out. The beds were comfortable. Most if all the condo is very spacious and the view is incredible. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very clean and had all the necessities. Beautiful view, comfortable bed and gorgeous area! We were impressed with how clean the grounds were and parking was not an issue. We appreciated all the beach accessories the condo had so we didn’t have to travel from home with them.

Cozy, beachy condo

This is our second time staying here. Such a nice property. Love the views, the cleanliness of the condo. It is a little home away from home. We will be booking again next year. The condo is quiet, family friendly, and so close to the beach and everything Gulf Shores has to offer.

Nurses week getaway

We spent our yearly nurses week trip in Gulf shores this year and Lisa’s property was completely perfect! The early mornings sitting on the balcony was a great way to start our day. The area was quiet and we felt very safe walking. This spacious condo was one of the best we’ve stayed at!!!

The views…

Wonderful property with amazing views of the beach. Well decorated and well stocked w beach gear. Personal preference, but bed is very firm. Overall, highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay

Everything was perfect! Great quiet location right off the beach. Amazing view, saw a large pod of dolphins swim through when enjoying morning coffee on the balcony. Everything we needed was there from in the kitchen to beach boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas! Don’t hesitate to book this place!

Perfect for us!

This property was clean, kitchen was perfectly stocked and everything we needed for the beach was available (wagon, chairs, coolers, sand toys, and umbrellas)Was a short walk across the road to the beach. This place accommodated our family of 6 perfectly for the week. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect!!

I have ZERO complaints of our stay! Everything was even better than expected and anything we could need was provided….all the way down to sand toys for the kids and floats for the pool! We will absolutely be staying again!

Breathtaking views

Absolutely perfect condo for our family vacation. The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed for our week-long stay. It was also very clean. The windows overlooking the gulf was absolutely amazing! We will definitely stay here again.

The view is true to its title!

The view and the accommodations were fantastic. Host responded promptly if needed. The stay was in the name. It is a dream view. The night moon was fantastic. 10/10 on this stay. We will be back.

Great Views

Stay was great had one minor issue but easily resolved with great communication. No complaints rather book with them than a big company that doesn’t communicate well.

Million Dollar View!

What an amazing vacation! The condo was everything we had hoped for. The unit was clean, well-stocked, and had an outstanding ocean view. There was plenty of space for our family of six. We were able to visit the beach daily via a short walk across the street. Also, the location was only about a five minute drive to town. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect stay

Lisa was awesome to work with. We had a water issue through out the whole building. It was only supposed to be a few hours and it turned in to many many hours. I contacted Lisa and she called to see what was going on and even bought us a meal on her. Super sweet lady!! We will be staying there again on our next stay

First trip to Gulf Shores

Condo was perfect! Lots of space, clean, & loved the “Beachy” vibe. Fairly quiet area, with a beautiful ocean view. If you’re looking for a place to stay that is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc., Gulf Pkwy. would be a better choice, but we were happy with our location!
