Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy time with family & friends or wind down with your co-workers in this unique atmosphere. Featuring 3 bedrooms (one detached), a loft w/ 3 twin beds and a detached Game Room. Located near downtown, St. Mary's strip (nitelife), Brackenridge Park, San Antonio Zoo, Museums, Pearl, Riverwalk and more. Close to Trinity and Incarnate Word universities makes us the perfect hub for getting your student settled in to college and for future visits.

Our sleeping accommodations consist or three bedrooms, a loft and two full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms and the loft are in the main house. The third bedroom is located in our detached casita; about 50 feet from the main house. The casita is a cozy getaway featuring a queen size bed, seating area, electronic fireplace, wifi and smart tv. Be advised that the casita does NOT have a bathroom or running water. The front bedroom has a beautiful Queen-size bed and has a dedicated door to the front bathroom. This same front bathroom has a secondary door in the living/family room as well. The living/family room has a sofa sleeper, approximately Queen-size for an additional 2 guests. The back bedroom also has a beautiful Queen-size bed and it's own dedicated bathroom featuring a jetted tub. The back bedroom closet was converted into a unique set of wooden, oversized, ladder-style stairs with handrails to access our amazing loft (*See important note below).

*IMPORTANT: The loft is not feasible, nor recommended for infants, toddlers - young children (at your discernment, you know your children best) and/or persons that would have difficulty using the built-in ladder structure. YOU MUST SUPERVISE AND INSTRUCT CHILDREN when using the ladder to NEVER play on the steps, ALWAYS use the handrail and ALWAYS face forward towards the steps when going UP and DOWN; like you would on a normal ladder!
