It sits on a peaceful pond where you can fish (catch and release) or watch the turtles bask in the sun right from your private patio and extended deck area! The beach is just a short walk along the nature preserve.


This property offers updated elegance from the moment you walk in. Inside, you'll find a living space with ample seating for the entire family as well as a flat screen TV. Your updated kitchen is fully stocked with all the basic utensils, pots & pans, and appliances you should need for an enjoyable stay. The owners have even included a full-size washer and dryer in the unit as well as 4 extra beach chairs for your use!


Your master bedroom boasts a king size bed, flat screen TV, and a private balcony. The master ensuite has a separate shower, soaking tub, and a double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed, and the second guest bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. The guest bathroom offers a shower/tub combo. You'll find this townhouse is homey and perfect for your beach trip!
