Cozy and cute only down side was the stairs, but I had a little one going up and down. Closeness to the beach and the view was beyond perfect!

Really nice place to stay. Enjoyed being right on the beach. Especially after a busy day or evening coming back and going right out to the beach to enjoy. Great location to shops and restaurants. We were looking for 4 bedrooms and restrooms. This property was great for us. We had a couple issues with the restrooms but they were resolved within the hour. Great customer service when we checked in for both online and in person.

Great family vacation

Perfect location on a beach access. The home was great for our family vacation. The stairs are a little steep if you have elderly guests, other than that the house was perfect.

The location of this place was amazing, right near the beach. The communication with the rental company was easy and they also offered rentals of beach equipment. Everything was comfortable and well stocked. There was a lot going on "partying, etc" on the island at that time but was because it was Spring Break and not a factor of the property or its management. Just be aware there are a lot narrow stairs to go up and down to access all levels of the property and the neighbor was upset my boys were playing football in the parking lot.

Great location

Working with SPI rentals was exceptional. Lots of room and great location! The air conditioning kept up which was also wonderful! That being said this condo is in need of many updates. The deck doors leaked water, there wasn't a working outlet next to one of the beds and the ceiling spackle was crumbling. A few cockroaches were spotted. Having a garage was great but it was too rusted to be able to lock it. We were warned ahead of time but too many narrow stairs for us.
