The host was wonderful! Home was cozy, and inviting. It had just about everything we needed for our stay, even things I wouldn't expect like beach towels! We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. The house was nice and secluded with plenty of parking, in a quiet neighborhood!

Our stay included four adults and our two young grandchildren. Loved our stay and your property. The house was so well kept, the cove with canoe and kayaks, and the game room provided constant entertainment when we weren't out and about. We were all impressed with the amount of amenities in the home. Thank you for providing a wonderful stay. We'd love to return!

The stay was incredible and the house was everything we wanted and more! Immediately we noticed how well everything was labelled! It made our stay seamless. We also appreciate the responsiveness of the host leading up to the trip. This is the best experience I have had with a vacation rental. I will absolutely be coming back, and all of my friends echo that sentiment!

We really enjoyed our family reunion stay at this property. Things we loved: fully stocked and labeled kitchen, lots and lots of clean and labeled towels for bathing and outdoor hot tub/beach use, great washer and dryer, access to 'equipment' needed for beach visits (umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards). The game room was super cool. The hot tub was truly hot (a family member has back problems and really wanted a good hot tub 'experience'). So many rooms and ways a family could be together and apart. Beautiful dock on the canal, GREAT access to birding (several cool species visited us on the canal, and an osprey 'lives' right across the canal). Spacious driveway. Coffee pods and other amenities available. We enjoyed reading the guest book, a nice touch! All in all our family of six from three states truly enjoyed our relaxing get together at this property!

This property was perfect for our family. We were attending a GA soccer event for my daughter there at IMG. So close to the airport, IMG, and all the beautiful beaches. We felt right at home and will look to return next year. Sarah is so quick to reply, great communication. We loved the spacious yard and fun activities with the game room, kayaking/canoeing, fishing, grill, fire pit, and hot tub. Also loved the layout of the house and nice smart TVs. Everything is so clean and organized, labeled and accessible. So much fun! Thank you for providing such a fun place to stay that is comfortable and cozy!

Best vacation rental in sarasota

Hey, this vacation home is one of the best places I've stayed at while working in Sarasota. I've been working out of town for about 5 months now, and every week I stay in vacation rentals because I love the homey vibe instead of staying in a traditional hotel. This place was great, with lots of activities to do and try. I just learned how to kayak over the weekend, and it was a blast!

Great time for all.

There were 12 of us (six adults six children) ages six years old to 11 years old. Hot tub was in an awesome location to totally enjoy as adults and also children. plenty of outside seating for watching the sunset and just enjoying the outside. All enjoyed the canal and kayaks! The game room had a wide variety of games for all ages it was my husband and I are children and grandchildren. We also enjoyed the table games that were stored inside the house.It was a great family VACAY place to stay highly recommend.

Gorgeous & Relaxing !!

My family was very impressed with the property! It had everything we could have needed for a fun weekend. Everything was very organized/labeled making prepping in the kitchen a breeze. The game room was awesome for our kids and the adults enjoyed it too! We loved spending time on the back patio for lunch during the day and s’mores by the fire pit at night. My husband caught a huge snook right off the dock and the kids had fun adventuring out on the kayaks. Very cozy house that was extremely clean and made us feel right at home! Cannot wait to visit again and recommend this place to friends and family!

Comfortable Beachy Home!

Tasteful decor, simply furnished, quiet property & neighborhood. Great supply of nearly everything we needed - beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, boogie boards were perfect! Kayaks were easy to use with the launch pad. Bring life jackets if you are picky. Game room and hot tub very fun. Only needed food and food storage bags/plastic wrap/aluminum wrap - host provided most everything else! AC and hot water worked perfectly. Clothes washer very loud, but worked. Canal had manatees on the other fork, away from the bay - so fun! We drove to Siesta Key, Venice and Coquina Beaches (Coquina was our fave, with dolphins and just the right size) - each about 40-60 minutes in Spring Break traffic. Neighboring geese, ducks, chickens were extremely entertaining!!!

Wonderful House and Host

We had the pleasure of staying at Manatee Cove for my daughter's wedding weekend in Sarasota, and it was perfect! The bridal party stayed at the house, and there was more than enough space for everyone. The house was extremely well-stocked and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of beds and extra bath towels—this was one of the best-stocked VRBO rentals I've experienced.Our host, Sarah, was amazing! She communicated with me every step of the way, from answering my pre-arrival questions (like whether the refrigerator would fit the wedding cake) to helping us with any issues during our stay. We had an issue with the refrigerator, which she helped us with right away.After the wedding, my husband and I stayed a couple more nights with our pups to relax, and we loved using the hot tub and wood-burning firepit.A huge thank you to Sarah for making everything so easy and enjoyable! We highly recommend Manatee Cove!

The property was beautiful, comfortable, and set up nicely with lots of space and efficient labeling. Air conditioning worked great and the Roku in every sleeping space and living room was convenient.We enjoyed canoeing and kayaking on two of the kayaks. The third (blue) was leaking as soon as it went into the water.The game room didn't have a pool table as shown in the pictures, but looking back it was not listed. The fishing equipment was unusable (no hooks, tackle, and reels were tangled) and the hot tub seemed to have been heavily used and very dirty, so we chose not to use it. Most likely these issues were due to a quick turnaround between guests, and overall it didn't detract from our stay and we'd be happy to come back. As a bonus, an overnight storm dropped a ton of mangoes and we were able to enjoy some fresh fruit.
