This condo was exactly what we were expecting! Great beach view and “newer” decor etc. housekeeping slipped a little on cleaning which was not the owners blame or knowledge. We will definitely book this unit again in the future

Floors could have been cleaned a little better, fridge could have been wiped down. And a couple small maintenance issues but our stay was great the veiw was excelant right on the beach had a wonderful time. Would stay here again

Great View

It was quiet and family friendly. Nice pools and one of the very best views. It’s a beautiful beach. And we were very relaxed and enjoyed our stay.
The sand is pretty looking back at the condos.

Quiet and peaceful

We love staying at Perdido Sun. It is great way to enjoy the beach without all the tourist attractions.

Wonderful

The condo was perfect. The view was amazing. We loved the corner floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom. We had everything we needed to unwind and relax.

Perfect Trip!

We’ve never had a bad experience staying at the Perdido Sun, this unit is one of the best we’ve rented. 908 has everything we needed. A beautiful view from both balcony and the amazing bedroom window to gaze out at the water. Also having a queen bed in the second bedroom was a plus for our son and daughter in law to join us on vacation. Very clean and loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. Comfy furniture too. Had a wonderful stay!! Looking forward to coming back!

The beach view was great. Overall, just decent for 2,000 for 5 nights. Lots of little things that took time to fix ourselves which took time away from the kids and the whole experience. The host was very kind and did respond quickly, however, my husband ended up fixing everything I had contacted them about. Far too expensive for all the little things and I wish there were some sort of compensation. For starters, I opened the master closet door to see dirty stained pillows stuffed in the top of the closet, looked like pee stains so I panicked a little, BUT thank goodness all our beds were clean! Next, the ice maker was froze up. It was a whole ordeal having to pull out the tray, my husband had to bust up the ice and fix the ice maker and it kept getting frozen up throughout our stay. Wi-fi issues, noisy washer. One day I was walking to the kitchen and almost slipped bc there was a pool of water under the ceiling AC vent. It dripped on our heads when we walked under it, they said maintenance was going to come fix it. It did finally stop. The electricity randomly just stopped working in the master bedroom for 1 night, back on again the next morning. There were seeds and sunflowers chewed up under the dresser in the kids bedroom like there had been a mouse! Our 6 year old lost a shirt so I was checking under the drawers and saw the seeds. I hope this honest review helps the property to get some things fixed for the next guests so they have a better experience.

Great Condo & view of the Beach

Great condo and view of the beach/ocean. Appliances could be better. The washer made a Terrible noise every time we used it. Refrigerator had a piece on the front that kept popping off and we kept having to pop it back on. Also the drawers in the master bedroom didn’t shut correctly. Other than those minor things, we loved it.

It sounds like you had a great time overall! The beach and ocean view must have been amazing, and it's good to hear that the condo itself was enjoyable. It’s also helpful to know about those small maintenance issues with the appliances and furniture. I’m sure the management team will appreciate the feedback so they can address them for future guests. It’s always nice to hear when those little things don’t overshadow the overall experience, though! Would you consider staying at this condo again, or would you recommend any improvements?

Nice place bad customer service

I loved the property, room, pools, beach, etc...! I was, however, very upset that my 19 year old daughter (who was nearly abducted a month prior) was going to our room by herself to take a shower and walked in on a strange man in the room! Turned out he was maintenance, but we were NOT notified of him coming! My friend and I cut our beach time short to run up to the room to see who was there! We had our purses laying out and personal belongings that would have been put away if we knew he was coming! I contacted PKRM (the # I was given for communication) and they blamed the maintenance man. He blamed them. No compensation for this upsetting incident! I call that bad customer service! I'm not a complainer. This is probably the 1st bad review I've given and I travel quite a bit! I know this was probably a fluke incident but they could have at least acted like they cared that they scared the heck out of my daughter!

I'm truly sorry that you and your daughter had to experience such a stressful situation during what should have been a relaxing vacation. I understand how unnerving it must have been, especially given the prior situation your daughter faced. While it is industry standard to knock and announce upon arrival, not reach out prior, I can appreciate that more communication could have helped in this situation. I can see how the lack of notification from both the staff and maintenance left you feeling unsupported.
