Escape to your own private tropical paradise, just 10 minutes from the beach! Our unique house is situated on a salt water canal, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation. Enjoy fishing from the private dock or bring your kayaks and paddleboards and explore the beautiful canal and you may spot a bald eagle hunting for fish or a dolphin exploring the canal with you. As an extra special treat witness rocket launches from the front yard on clear days.

By Booking This Property, You Agree to the Following Terms Required by the City of Palm Coast:

Occupancy Limit
- Maximum occupancy is 6 guests
- Children 3 years old and under do not count toward the total

Guest Information
- Booking guest must provide full names and ages of all occupants
- Booking guest confirms that no occupants are registered sex offenders
- Booking guest must provide license plate numbers for all parked vehicles

Parking Rules
- Maximum of 4 vehicles allowed on the property
-No parking on the lawn or street at any time and in the first 15 feet from edge of pavement (swale area) between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
- No parking within 15 feet of the road edge (swale area) between 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
- RVs, boats, and trailers may only be in front of the house temporarily for loading, unloading, or cleaning

Quiet Hours
-Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
-All guests must comply with Section 35-53 of the City Code and all applicable laws

-City Inspections
-The City of Palm Coast reserves the right to reasonably inspect the property to ensure compliance

Pet Policy
We’re happy to welcome your dogs! Please review and follow these simple pet rules:
-Up to 2 dogs allowed per stay (in accordance with Palm Coast city regulations)
-$100 non-refundable pet fee per stay
-Dogs must be under 50 lbs each
-No pets on beds or furniture, unless covered with special blankets
-No pets in the hot tub
-Clean up after your pet – waste bags are provided
-Leashes are required outdoors
-Pets must be supervised or crated if left alone in the home
Violations of this policy or bringing more than two dogs may result in additional fees or cancellation of your reservation.

The house sleeps 6 adults comfortably:
- Primary bedroom features a King bed with a 12" memory foam mattress, lounge chair, work desk, walk-in closet, 65" TV and an en-suite bathroom
- Second bedroom features a King bed with a 12 inch memory foam mattress, 55" TV and a bathroom across the hall
- third bedroom features 1 king bed with a 12 inch memory foam mattress, 2 stackable twin beds with 5" gel mattresses that can be set up in any configuration, 55" TV, bring your own game console. Kids will love sleepovers in the bananas room
- all beds feature super soft luxury percale linens by Parachute made of 100% long-staple Indian cotton.

Enjoy the gas fire pit in a private courtyard where your whole company can comfortably spend time together.

On the back patio you will find a propane flattop 4 burner Blackstone grill and a dining table with two benches perfect for outdoor meals.

All bedrooms + the living room feature smart TVs where you can log into Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Youtube, etc.

We provide beach towels + extra bath towels. There is also a full size washer & dryer that you are free to use as you please. We provide some laundry detergent. To get your vacation started, we provide hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, make up removing towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and trash bags.

AC/heat
for the best HVAC system performance and to prevent the unit from freezing the lowest thermostat setting is 68F and the highest heating setting is 78F.

In the kitchen you will find every cooking utensil you may need + salt, pepper, and oil spray. If you're looking to have a specific piece of cooking equipment - please reach out.
