Bermuda Estate is a newly remodeled desert oasis centrally located just minutes from Coachella Valley, Palm Desert, Indio, Palm Springs and more.
Enjoy an incredible view from the resort like yard with a gorgeous private pool with a fire pit and jetted jacuzzi. Enjoy grilling by the pool with our state of the art gas grill and outdoor kitchen area. Fan of golf? Practice your putting on our private mini golf course. Enjoy an outdoor lunch on our patio furniture or challenge your friends to a game of table tennis!
Step inside to a beautifully modern decor with plenty of natural light and gorgeous mountain views. Enjoy a movie on the wall mounted flat screens with an open concept dining and kitchen area. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need for cooking and entertaining including flatware, glassware, silverware, pots/pans, storage containers, coffee maker and toaster.
Our master bedroom features a plush queen bed with flatscreen tv and direct access to the yard and pool. Double vanity with a beautifully sleek walk in shower.
The second bedroom features a queen bed and full closet with modern decor and double nightstands.
The second bathroom features toilet, walk in shower and sink - perfect for everyone to use.
Our third bedroom is perfect for kids or young adults featuring a bunk bed that sleeps 2 on the bottom bunk and 1 up top.
Our loft bedroom has a queen bed with tv and nightstand with that overlooks the living area for a modern chic feel.

Disappointing stat overall

Arrived at the house and the internal temp was 84 degrees (98 outside). After turning on the AC for three hours, the temp in the house rose to 86 degrees. The property contact took over an hour to respond - turns out she lives on the east coast! Several hours later she called a technician to look at it and it took 9 hours later for the house to cool down. The next morning we found dishes in the cabinet that had dirty food and hair stuck to them. The next night we returned home and found the house had no hot water. This took 16 hours to resolve. The house had no bowls, the grill in the photos isn’t functional, there were no hand towels or lamps next to the bedrooms, the showers are poorly installed leaving the bathrooms a flood zone, the couch is stiff and tiny considering the house says it’s for 8 people.

POOL and Putting GREEN!!

Great location with pool, jacuzzi, and space to host enjoyed a round or two on the putting green with friends. Would recommend!!

Great pool and outdoor fun

We really enjoyed our time outdoors on the mini golf course, and in the pool with all the nice inflatables. The hot tub heated quickly and got very hot, which we loved. The pool also got very warm. We had some issues with the cleanliness in the house, but the host was very responsive and had a cleaning crew come out soon after our notification. The master bedroom and bathroom had a strange layout with no door to the bathroom, and automatic sensor lighting that would turn on bright lights whenever you walked into the bathroom. The open shower design also leaked water all over the bathroom floor, as is typical with those showers. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay!

The purpose of our stay was a pool party for my son's 13th birthday. We had friends and family join us for Saturday afternoon and everyone had a good time. It's because we were able to have a little staycation at this property, that our son was able to have a great and memorable 13th birthday. We are truly grateful!

Convenient Location for Quick Golf Trip

Was going to be in "The Desert" for a quick golf trip and wanted to try a different location over what I had been staying in before and also, to get away from a gated community to help ease of coming and going. This place did the trick and ticked all boxes for the short stay but could easily fill all needs for a longer term stay. The property manager/host was very helpful and very responsive from the first moment I sent a message with some initial questions all the way through the stay. The property is located quickly reached from the freeway given it is not in a gated community and close to the Washington Road freeway exit. It is located on the end of a cul-de-sac in a very quiet neighborhood. When you arrive, you open the large gate and are greeted by the very beautiful front-side yard with pool, hot-tub, BBQ and putting green with small sand-trap. We hung out mostly at the pool and jacuzzi and also in the small covered sitting area/alcove just outside one of the many windows and doorways to use to go in and out of the house which was quite convenient. I first thought it may be strange having a pool near the front of the house, but given the house's location at the end of the street with no passing cars, and the fact that you can close the main front gate, you have a very secure feeling with much privacy while lounging around by the pool, day or night. It is in the Bermuda Dunes area which is a bit windier than say La Quinta on certain days, but the pool is protected by fence and hedges that will mature further, and also provide privacy. Inside, the house features 2 main bathrooms with rain-fall shower heads and separate nozzle/hose for spraying off easier. The master bedroom is quite large and is on the other side of the house from the other bedrooms and living area and has a large closet space and dual vanity sinks and large screen TV. It has a separate patio door that opens out to the pool area that was very convenient. The second guest bedroom has a nice set-up as well with a separate bathroom that is shared with the 3rd Loft Bedroom and main house area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a nice sitting bar and a dining table area and all open to the main living room area with TV. There is a washer and dryer and pool towels are provided. You can fit mutliple cars in this driveway and even park a car in one of the dual garage spaces. It's convenient to Indian Wells and many other area attractions. I would stay again.
