The Accommodation:
The ground floor level has an open plan fully equipped kitchen with extensive units, a breakfast bar and indoor dining table. Patio doors open onto a balcony which is furnished with bean bags- a great place to take in the fantastic views. The kitchen is equipped with all white goods: oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster.

The open plan lounge area has comfy seating, flat screen TV, CD/DVD player and iPod player. Sliding doors open out from the lounge area onto a large balcony which is furnished with comfortable rattan furniture. Outside steps lead down from this balcony to the pool and terrace area.

The second bedroom on this level has twin beds with an en-suite bathroom, once again with a walk in shower.Both bedrooms have patio doors leading onto balconies, which have uninterrupted views of Kalkan and the bay. All bedrooms at Villa Emily have air conditioning and hairdryers are provided in each room.

On the top level of the villa is the spacious roof terrace which has plenty of comfy seating and shade provided by a parasol. The ideal spot for an evening drink whilst watching the sun set over the bay.

The lower floor that has 3 en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom has a kin sized bed with en-suite shower room. The second bedroom on this level is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite shower room. The final bedroom is separate from the rest of the villa as it is accessed from the pool terrace. It is ideal for those in a large group who prefer a little extra privacy! This bedroom also has a walk in shower room.

Outside, the villa has a good sized private pool which is surrounded by sunbathing terraces and an outdoor dining table for 10 guests. There is also an outdoor kitchen with fridge and BBQ.
