Reminiscent of Tulum’s golden years, this private and spacious home is located in a 7-unit, boutique building and evokes laidback jungle luxury and barefoot elegance.

Perfect for a relaxing weekend or extended escape, this 3 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom top floor condo offers nearly 3,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy.

Your comfort and peace of mind is our priority. Located in the safe and friendly neighborhood of La Veleta, overnight security guards the locked main entrance of the building. The home is suitable for individuals traveling solo, a couple, a group of up to six people, and is an ideal honeymoon getaway.

About the name, and its meaning: Nerolimoro is a combination of the Italian word for the color black, which is featured prominently in the design of the home, neroli—the slightly spicy, honey-like, clean and green-scented bitter blossom oil, and the Sicilian Moro blood orange—which appeared to the owner in a dream while styling the residence.

Our stay at Nerolimoro in La Veleta was fantastic. The place appears exactly as pictured. Amazing bedrooms, great common space, perfect kitchen and beautiful rooftop terrace that has full sunlight exposure all day. Perfect spot to get away while enjoying privacy and a common space with friends/couples (bedrooms are on separate floors). The house keeper was fantastic and the host was extremely responsive. Tons of food stands and restaurants within minutes of walking. Area and building were both safe and secure. Can’t wait to come back to Tulum!

One of kind property

Nerolimiro is probably the most unique and well designed property I’ve ever stayed at. It’s difficult to properly describe how striking the property is in person. Fernanda, our property liaison, was incredibly attentive and hospitable, even with us arriving on New Year’s Eve. And the location in La Veleta couldn’t have been anymore convenient.The one thing that I know can (and will) be improved is the plumbing issues we encountered. One of the showers (located on the top floor) had major water pressure issues the majority of our stay. For the first 3-4 days it was basically unusable due to how low the pressure was (i.e., slowly dripping from the shower head). While the property team was swift to acknowledge it, it did take several days to resolve, which was unfortunate.Regardless, I’d still stay here again if I return to Tulum.

Serene location to enjoy all of Tulum

Nerolimoro was a dream stay for our family. The home is tranquil and beautiful. The hostess is simply the best: she helped us understand tulum’s treasures, made invaluable dining recommendations, and was attentive to our experience. An Absolute Gem!!

Nerolimoro was one of the nicest and well-located places we've stayed. Very clean and awesome value. Loved how unique it was. There's an organic grocery store nearby, tons of shops etc. We walked to and from dinner most nights. Great communication with both. For those into fitness, the well known ‘Jungle Gym’ is a 7-minute walk. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing!

Our stay at Nerolimoro was one of the best travel experiences we've had. Mya and James have truly thought of everything, and their hospitality and kindness made our stay even more memorable. My wife and I were looking for a luxurious getaway, and this turned out to be the perfect place. Unforgettable - definitely staying longer next time!

We live in Seattle, working in tech and in the luxury beauty space. We've been traveling to Tulum for 13 years and love the energy, culture, warm evenings, and wood-fired food. We have an appreciation for the land's people, Mayan history, ecosystem, and genuine spirituality. Swimming at sunrise or gazing at a full moon in Tulum never gets old. We spent the pandemic creating a beautiful space for friends and family to escape to and are now ready to share it with you.

The home is within walking distance to many incredible eateries and surrounded by attractions and various destinations, but tucked away from nonstop party-strip noise. It's an ideal centralized location.
