Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming a movie on the large TV, challenging your loved ones to a game on the foosball table, or curling up with a good book by the wood-burning stove. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and lake picnic snacks in the stunning kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with six stools, a floating island countertop, and a formal dining table with a 180-degree view. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures. A deluxe bedroom boasts a TV for private viewing, an entrance to the patio, and a lovely en suite jetted tub. The majestic main bedroom is outfitted with a TV for private viewing and floor-to-ceiling windows with a sitting area boasting breathtaking lake views. There is an air hockey table and xbox available as well!

In the guest home composed of two separately accessed floors, this vacation rental overlooks the lake and is ideal for your next vacation with friends and family! The upstairs main level is open and spacious with a living and dining room with a new couch and large TV. Enjoy a good soak in the private hot tub downstairs. The kitchenette has been upgraded with a new stovetop and conventional oven to help you prepare a delightful lunch between games, and you can take your plates out to the balcony to enjoy your meals al-fresco with spectacular lake views. The main level has four well-appointed bedrooms to take advantage of, and downstairs the guest space has two more, one of them with an en suite bath. A great space for teens, the downstairs level is completely separated from the upstairs, with no access between. The home also features a new mini fridge and microwave!

Outside, the patio is furnished with lots of furniture, a firepit, and a gas grill, ideal for those summer evening barbecues. The kids can romp around the enclosed yard, and directly across the street in front of the house, there is a dock and a rocky beach to explore, so be sure to bring along the complimentary beach towels. Watch your favorite Netflix movies on the flatscreen TV while the central AC keeps the home nice and cool. The private washer/dryer will ensure everyone's clothes are sparkling clean, so you can afford to pack light for your trip. You will also find lots of games like Pickleball, Pingpong, Table tennis, Connect 4 and a Basketball game!

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are surveillance cameras around the garage area. There is one camera on the guest house pointing towards the backyard and exterior fence. There is one camera above the back door of the main house pointed at the sliding glass door. There are two cameras in the front of the main house pointing towards the gate, lake, and front door. There is a camera on the boat dock looking at the boat lift.

Dock details: Directly across the street from the home, is a private dock. To the left is Volunteer park and several other shared docks.
