You can reach the beach and the city center on foot, 5 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to all the attractions and nightlife of the romantic area. A car is not necessary but in case you use it you can park right in front of the building.
When you don't feel like walking you can take a cab or Uber for less than 3 usd. There is also a bus stop 50 meters from the building to get to the center or to Mismaloya along the coast.
It is necessary to use the stairs: they are stairs that start from the entrance of the building and lead to the common area of the pool. It is a total of 4 flights but pleasant because of the vegetation.
