We’re thrilled to hear you’d stay with us again, and we’d absolutely love to welcome you back for another comfortable, beach-filled getaway with Gulf Coast Getaways! 🏖️😊 Warm coastal wishes, Gulf Coast Getaways

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this feedback. We’re truly sorry that your experience at Palm Palace fell short of the relaxing, carefree beach stay we want every guest to have. Finding mice and roaches and having issues with the A/C is absolutely not the standard at Gulf Coast Getaways, and we completely understand how disappointing and unsettling that must have been—especially when a home looks beautiful from the outside and inside, but then doesn’t live up to expectations in comfort. As you mentioned, our team responded right away, and we’re grateful you gave us the opportunity to address the situation. Since your stay, we have: Brought in professional pest control for a thorough inspection and treatment Completed a detailed deep clean of the kitchen and surrounding areas Had HVAC technicians service and inspect the air conditioning system to ensure it’s working properly for future guests Regarding the one-night charge, this is based on our standard policy when a home has been occupied for the night, but we completely understand how frustrating it can still feel in a situation like this. We’re glad we were able to refund the remaining nights, and we truly appreciate your understanding and patience throughout the process. Your experience has helped us tighten our inspections and follow-ups even more, and for that we are genuinely thankful. If you’re ever open to staying with Gulf Coast Getaways again, we’d love the opportunity to host you in one of our other homes and provide the seamless, worry-free beach vacation you originally had in mind. 🌴💙 With warm coastal regards, Gulf Coast Getaways Team
