Thank you for the great review! We just need to clear up the pool heat mention. The pool heat was never requested or paid for so that is why the temperature would not adjust, pool heating is an option and when paid for we set the temperature remotely. We have not had any other complaints about the comfort of the beds, so we will monitor that to see if any other guests feel the same way. Bed comfort is often subjective depending on how you like your mattresses (hard, soft, foam, etc.). Thank you again for the overall great reveiw! Gulf Coast Getaways
