Perfect Location

This really is the perfect location. We were able to walk to Rosemary, to the beach and there was food and entertainment right outside our front door. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We had a great day and I would be back.

Great single night experience

Drove in from Texas and stayed here one night until our long-term house was ready on Saturday. Very clean, great location and affordable. Management was very friendly and quick to respond to questions.

Wonderful! Condo!

David took excellent care of us before and during our stay. He did everything he could to accommodate our stay. The condo is perfectly located and very modern. I would recommend this condo to anyone!

Beautiful property in the perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s recently renovated and has all new furnishings and accessories being at the front of the community. It’s very easy to get to the beach and to the entertainment & dining downstairs. It doesn’t have any extra like beach towels or other items so make sure you bring those things. I highly recommend this location. It is spotless and perfectly appointed. We will definitely be coming back again.

When we checked in Thursday, there was a report 2wks prior about the fridge not working and the condo being hot, we had to wait to pick up our food because the fridge was being delivered at 6pm. Friday, condo was 76 degrees with the thermostat set at 70. Saturday after returning from the beach, condo was 79 degrees. We have pictures to document all of this. By Saturday afternoon, temperature continued to climb and we notified management. There was a review 2weeks prior about the condo being hot, nothing was done. Fan was still set to winter mode, the only portable fan in condo was still broken, and the AC was still not working. We sent several pictures of the wine cooler sweating, the vents filled with condensation and mold, and the AC set to 70 and it had climbed to 80 degrees. The management team did nothing to accommodate us. My 8yr old with asthma was having trouble breathing. We left the condo and headed home that night and arrived home at 3am, the heat was unbearable. We asked to be reimbursed for the night since we could no longer stay there and the temperature kept climbing. The company has photos of the thermostat setting and the temperature in the condo. They told me they would get back to us Sunday. I had to reach out to them and despite pictures and all of our documentation, they said no reimbursement the condo AC is working fine. I have photos to prove otherwise. This management company is a unprofessional and a disgrace! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!

Seacrest 30A

Nice place with convenient restaurants and shopping. Two nice pools for all ages. Only downside would be beach access dedicated to the condo which was very limited and required walking a distance or taking a shuttle. Once you get there access requires walking down several flights of stairs which with children can be an issue. Once arriving the area sectioned off with cones and was full. The surrounding beach was closed off as private. We decided to leave after a few minutes on the beach due to the over crowded nature of the area. Thankfully there was the pool to go to. We could of drove to a public beach, but with children we decided not to. Nice place, but if you are looking for easy beach access I would look else where. I wish the listing description on the beach was more detailed and had provided pictures of the beach set up and access.

uncomfortable stay

We arrived in the dark. There was no signage to direct us to the unit, which is housed in a shopping area. When we finally got into the unit, it was apparent that the AC was not working. It must have been 85+. I took quite a lot of text messages to get the property manager to respond. We had to spend a very hot uncomfortable night and next day in the unit. The repairman did not arrive until after 2pm. There were not ceiling or floor fans in the unit. We opened the patio doors, but due to the humidity, the floor became a skating rink. Very dangerous for two 70 year olds. Over all very disappointing stay. The manager was not at all helpful or understanding about any sort of refund. Needless to say, not a good reflection on VRBO either.
