The outdoor shower is right in the pool area, so you can easily spritz away the sand when you come back. Have some work to complete while you're here? Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Breathtaking

I will definitely stay here again. The water views were amazing. The only comment I have for future guests is to be mindful that the balcony overlooks the pool so there could be guests out there until 10p

Wonderful Beach Stay

We had a wonderful family stay at the beach in this condo. It was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Lots of towels. Sits right above the pool, which could get loud at night, depending on the crowd. Awesome view of the beach and ocean over the dunes. Easy walk right down the steps to the boardwalk. The shower outside by the pool was also great for removing sand before coming inside. Pool and hot tub were clean. Overall, great family vacation!

Incredible view!

Everything was perfect except for a situation with the bedroom tv remote. It didn't work at all and we called numerous times, were told someone would come check but no one ever came or called us back. We finally worked the tv with a remote from one of the bunk bed TV's. Other than that, all was wonderful.

Pelican Isle Stay

First impression the condo was cute and loved the location and views. Once we got settle we noticed tons of sugar ants and other bugs. The floors were nasty and sandy. Also on our next to last day the AC went OUT and the property maintenance began working on it in the late morning and once 5:00 pm hit they never came back and left us with no air and had to leave early because it was miserable!!!

Beautiful condo, great location

Great place for a vacation. Only two issues: 1. Condo was EXTREMELY musty smelling. We cleaned out the dehumidifier several times, and after a day we became noseblind to the mustiness. However, all our luggage had to be deep-cleaned when we got home because it smelled like the condo. If you've got asthma, maybe consider a different rental. 2. The kitchen was missing some things. There was no collander and no butter knives. Obviously not a big enough issue to ruin the vacation, but it was weird. I know the thing about the mustiness sounds like a dealbreaker. However, the location of this condo couldn't be better. The view from the balcony was, frankly, perfect. Also, the pool and hot tub for this condo were wonderful. The furniture in the condo was very comfortable. Overall, this was a really nice place to take a vacation.

Not the condo unit for us

I will start by saying that my family has stayed in this particular condo building three times now. This is the first time we have stayed in this unit and unfortunately I can’t say we would stay again. We do love the condo building as a whole due to the location at the end of the island and pool/hot tub access. Unfortunately on this stay though the pool was closed for a day and the hot tub for half of our stay. The problems with this particular unit started with check in when I let Vacasa know that the main bed did not have a mattress protector and the pull out couch mattress was pretty gross. I also let them know the unit smelled very strongly of mold/mildew. The next day someone brought new sheets for the pull out couch and a mattress protector for the bed main which was good. I then asked if someone would be by to address the mold/mildew smell. I was then informed that nothing would be done except they would come by and spray room fragrance. It took us until the last night to find a potential source of the smell with quite a bit of black mold found in the hallway bathroom. It’s frustrating that my family stayed in the unit for five nights around mold. We very much look forward to our next stay here at pelican isle but we will find a different unit next time! We enjoyed the lovely beach and area very much!!
