This place was very nice, views were amazing. Description was accurate we had everything we needed. This is a must stay for someone who wants to stay in the mountains and enjoy nature.

Cozy cabin with an amazing view. Wonderful communication. The only negative is the construction during the day which is definitely not a reflection on the host or cabin. It was a terrific stay.

Strange!, I was unaware of any construction going on near our cabin. The community has strict rules when construction is allowed to take place and won’t let construction vehicles in the community outside those hours.

Overall, it was a nice stay, the kids loved it, and It was very relaxing. The interior was very cozy, the view was breathtaking, and it really gave off that cozy cabin vibe. When I got there it was spotless, no complaints there. But, there were a few bugs in the cabin, spiders, centipedes, mosquitoes, etc. the pool table could have been in a better spot though as I found some awkward angles that made it challenging to play at some times. If you’re thinking about staying here, I definitely would recommend it. 5 stars

Thank you, Todd, for the review. I agree the view is pretty amazing. We're Always happy to hear the Kids enjoyed the cabin. We just received approval to cut down some of the trees closer to the cabin so that should help, we have monthly pest control so I will speak with them to see what more we can do. We are limited though because we are in the middle of a forest with guests going in and out regularly. It was great hosting your family.

The cabin was just as described online! Clean, cozy, and great views! The cabin was the perfect combination of seclusion, but yet close enough to all the activities at Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Communication with the host was prompt and easy. The cabin had everything we needed. Our crew had 4 adults and 2 kids and we had plenty of room. Highly recommend!

The home was wonderful & had absolutely everything we needed! There were 6 of us for 3 days, then 4 people & 2 small dogs the rest of our trip. We had an amazing time & were enjoying our stay so much, we extended by 2 days!The main floor bedroom was perfect for my older parents & they said the bed was very comfortable! The basement bed was a little more firm than what we're used to, but there was a pillow-top mattress cover that helped. It was also just a matter of getting used to it, as the 2nd or 3rd night on was just fine!The only "hiccups" (if that's what you'd want to call them?) we ran into was the toilet was a little low for bad knees, but we made it work, & for 6 of us there wasn't quite enough seating in the living room. We could have used the other family/game room too, but then we wouldn't have all been together. Again, we made it work but one can only sit on a hard kitchen chair for so long - if you know, you know, lol!Now, the wilderness & view - absolutely breathtaking!!! We saw bears almost every day, many birds & foilage to identify, & my dad sat out on the porch more this trip than he probably has the combined 10 years we've been coming! Everyone was just so relaxed, happy, & really enjoyed our time together - which is what a vacation should be all about!Ron was super responsive, proactive, friendly, & beyond helpful. I can not thank Ron & Kathy enough for the wonderful trip my family had & we will most definitely be back!

We had a really nice stay at the cabin. The views were beautiful and definitely a highlight, especially in the mornings. I hosted Thanksgiving dinner at the cabin and had plenty of cookware, which made it easier than expected. Overall, a solid experience and a great location if you’re looking for a quiet place close to town.

Great Family Vacation spot

The view was amazing and the property was great. It was close enough to the main strip in Pigeon Forge and yet it was still away from the hustle and bustle. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, deck and the 3 levels or living quarters.

Only issue there was the exterior door going to the deck from the kitchen, dining room area. It was literally coming apart. I tried to fix it but it was to far gone. It was just hard to come in an out so during the day we just pulled it to enough to keep the ac in.

Great communication before and during our stay, perfect location and very enjoyable layout. I could visit here ten times and not do the same thing twice. The only issues we had with the property were surprises left by the previous guests and were resolved quickly by the attentive host. We did have to replace tp and van liners before the end of our stay. Overall a wonderful vacation

Absolutely awesome view!!! My only issue was the ac went out. That isn’t the owners fault! He was very friendly and communicated greatly with me about the issue!!!

Hi John, thank you for the review. The harsh winter weather damaged the outdoor unit’s fan blade which in turn damaged the coil. It was not easily fixed so we replaced the whole unit with a new system.

The cabin was beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. Everything was nice and clean. We loved the game room, especially the pinball. Bed was very comfortable. The cabin felt private andcwas very quiet. Ron, the host, was welcoming and was quick to respond with answers to questions.

Perfect for a family

Perfect cabin for our family and dog. Great communication with host. Roads to cabin are what you would expect but absolutely doable. Hot tub was one of the nicest we've had and views were great.
