Seating outside each room on the deck is a great place to relax and read a book or have a drink/coffee.

Like to fish? Bring your boat or rent one so you can get out and enjoy the water. Owners of this home are avid fishermen of the keys and will provide fishing advise and sandbars to enjoy. The dock is able to accommodate 2 boats up to 40+
in length. 110V power and water at the dock along with a fish cleaning station.
We want you to have the best vacation you've ever had right here in our little slice of paradise!

Guests have access to 4 bicycles, 2 kayaks and a commercial ice maker capable of producing 400lbs of ice per day. Snow shovel and a wheeled cart make it super easy to carry ice to the dock for the boats.

Our property has room for up to 6 total vehicles in the driveway. Four cars/trucks and 2 boat trailers. Rough dimensions of the driveway are 30' wide and 70' long. Parking is strictly limited to the driveway. Absolutely no vehicles/trailers allowed on the grass areas or in the street right of way or cul de sac. Hot tub can be heated if pool heat is chosen.

This house is our personal home we rent out when we are not in Marathon. Most of our neighbors are full time residents. If you are coming to party and play loud music, this isn't the right home for you. We maintain constant contact with our neighbors and they help watch after our home when guests visit.
