Our one bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and walk in closet.There's also a single roll out bed in the closet. In the living room you will find a sleeper sofa available for extra guests. We offer many amenities for our guests to enjoy throughout their stay. Not to mention a great view of the Union station ferris wheel from the window !

We were able to easily walk to the City Museum and Union Station from here. Nice, comfy stay that was clean. We'd stay again!

It's great for the price.

The inside is pretty nice and it's spacious for a one bedroom. The building itself is secure. The neighborhood is a little rough, but that's just St. Louis. It was close enough to downtown that you could walk to pretty much everything.

Love LOVED the place! Definitely will be rebooking! Perfect view of the ferris wheel all lit up & glowing at night. & it was only minutes away from all the places we had planned to go, perfect location

Everything was perfect and as shown in pictures , very clean and bed was super comfortable. Close to everything only 8 min to cardinals stadium !!! Would definitely stay again

Affordable, Convenient to CITY Park

Affordable clean unit. Very close to CITY park. We had an issue with not having bedding the first night but host fixed it the next morning.

Good experience

We were able to get everywhere we needed within a reasonable time/distance from this location. The process getting into the building was quite a few steps, but it also made us feel like a bit more secure. Overall, we would stay again.

Great stay

This was a great property to stay at. The room was clean and orderly. It seems a little sketchy when you are walking in but it’s much better than it looks. I had to call and get the code for the lock and she answered right away.. very good communication.

Great location, Great loft apartment.

Neighborhood is kind of empty and run-down, as are the building hallways (which constantly smell of cannabis). However, the apartment itself is clean and smells nice, had everything we need, and the location is amazing--walking distance to Union Station, City Museum, and not even that far from the Arch. Driving to and from other destinations in St. Louis was Easy!

It was nice.

The loft was nice, and had alot of character and charm. It did not feel like the safest area for walking after dark, but using an Uber to get where we wanted to go and back was easy. Had to open gate, door, and elevator with a phone, which was a little of an inconvenience, but it did make us feel more secure that not just anyone could come in. There was a pool on the property, but we were never given the access code to get in the gate, not a big deal since we weren't planning on swimming. I would stay here again.

Very neat and comfortable. Communication was dicey at points. That being said the experience was one of smooth flexibility and an aura of home and compound. High ceilings. Fix the shower door bars because they're on the wrong door. Great for couples!

Buyer Beware!

The price was right, and the unit was clean and comfortable, but that's where the good ends.....Check in was confusing requiring multiple steps, Netfex didn't work, thermostat didn't work and owner wanted ME to fix them! But that's not the worst! The morning after our stay there were six cars broken into outside the security fence for this place. The area is rough!

We loved this little loft and it was so convenient to what we needed. It’s extremely spacious and well taken care of. Tastefully decorated and has that warehouse urban industrial feel. We were disappointed that the pool didn’t seem very clean and even one of the full time residents advised we shouldn’t use but that is not the fault of the owner. The bedroom was very relaxing and had a nice and comfortable king size bed. The bathroom again spacious. The main living area was very big and nice. Had a full size fridge, stove and dishes. I wished there would have been more bakeware like a casserole dish and baking sheet but we managed on what was provided. Appears that many of the lofts in the building are rentals Overall I would definitely stay at this property again. We really enjoyed!
