Up to Four Lucky travelers will feel at home in this ground level apartment, just a stone's throw away from Forsyth Park. The Lynwood Collection on Forsyth is located on Historic Gaston Street and has been renovated top-to-bottom. Coastal decor ties the space together and creates an inviting space for guests to relax. Enjoy morning or evening strolls beneath the Spanish moss trees, and start your adventure discovering all Savannah has to offer.

Entering on the ground floor, you will be provided a secure key code unique to your stay, that ensures safe entry as you check in to your home away from home. Nestle into your coastal digs by gathering together in the living space fitted with a flat screen TV. Guests are welcome to access their streaming favorites like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime.

The kitchen is open to the living space, perfect for entertaining your guests. This quaint space offers stainless steel appliances, and is fitted to prepare a home cooked meal. Just down the hall, you'll find the king-size bedroom that features a private patio, great for an intimate meal or reading a book. Curl up into bed after a long day of exploring the town, and catch up on your favorite shows on the flatscreen television. You can also find the bathroom that features a spacious vanity, walk-in shower and a stack-able washer and dryer.

In the morning, we recommend taking a short stroll across Forsyth Park to The Sentient Bean for a latte or refreshing iced coffee. For lunch, pop over to Bull Street Taco and explore their unique twist on tacos. As you wander around town, stroll through the Squares of Savannah, enriched in history. For dinner, head north downtown, where there's none better than The Grey, a Southern fine dining experience retrofitted inside an old Greyhound Bus Station. After a day out, relax in the park and listen to the sound of the Forsyth fountain.

We absolutely loved this place as it was walking distance to most attractions. It had everything we needed for our stay. The parking situation is perfect! We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay. The location was wonderful. It was great to have parking in the rear so we didn’t need to park on the street. The vent fan in bathroom needs cleaning as it was thick with dust & not defrosting the mirror so we opened the A/C vent more to help. We were short one set of towels & they brought them that evening. The bed was very comfortable & great for my bad back. I suggest putting a mirror in the bedroom so 2 women can get ready at the same time. Our overall experience was great. Very nice condo.

The area was beautiful and we could walk to most of the things we wanted to see. Onsite parking was much appreciated. Phone support was excellent. It was easy to reach staff during business hours. They were friendly and helpful. Furnishings were a bit worn, but fine. Rental was clean and comfortable. Price reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is fantastic and includes a parking space! The unit was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and had nice sheets. Having a washer/dryer was super helpful, and a kitchenette is such a bonus when traveling… however we were unpleasantly surprised to find that while a couple ground coffee pouches were supplied, filters were needed and there were none! Also, no cream or sugar packets. An oven mitt, salt and pepper and a little dish soap would have been helpful too. Safety notes: the light above the shower is missing its cover leaving an exposed bulb and the outlets above the kitchen sink and in the bathroom are not secured.

The apartment is in a great location, is comfortable, and parking behind the building is convenient. Over-all, can recommend this location. The shower needs to be re-tiled to drain effectively. The description reports a patio, but the patio area is adjacent to AC equipment, waste containers and the parking lot. It would not be a comfortable place to sit.

Really great neighborhood

The surroundings were everything an out of town visitor would want! The apartment was clean, comfortable and fit our needs. The only thing missing would be one or two extra blankets for the hide-a-bed. Thanks for the early check in as well!

The place was as advertised, so I knew going into it that it would not be luxurious. The location was spot on as others posted. Particularly for the St.Patty;s Day parade. We were right near the starting pointe. The parking was very easy to negotiate also. I loved having a spot to park off the street. The neighborhood was quiet. The condo itself had uneven flooring so you could feel yourself walking on uneven surfaces. The most notable area for this was the shower as others noted. the water collects in a corner and it is pretty gross. Also the lighting in the common area seems a little too dim. Overall for a quick getaway on a weekend when the city is very popular for tourists, it served its purpose. Would I want to spend a normal weekend there, no.

Great Location

We really enjoyed the location, parking and walking distance to everything! The only complaint is there was no kitchen towels, hair dryer didn’t work and shower was very unlevel accumulating water which would not drain.

Great Location

We really enjoyed the location of this property as it was walking distance to historic downtown. The park is right across the street which is also very nice. Only complaint is that the shower was very unlevel and accumulated about 1.5 inches of water that would not drain, kind of gross. Everything else was as expected and decently nice.

Savannah vacation

We really enjoyed our stay in the charming apartment. We loved being across the street from Forsyth Park. The apartment was just the right size for 3 people. It was very clean. Loved having the parking space that was provided. I will recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Savannah.

This unit was just as pictured. Parking a bit tight but unit 9b was easy in/out. Close to on off transport, really didnt have to drive once parked. Used Uber to go down to river st. Quiet. Unit spotless....would definitely come again

Just right for a couple

This apartment is just the right size for two adults. It was very cute and steps away from Forsyth Park. Free off street parking is a huge boon too. Keep in mind there is no dishwasher.y only big complaint was that the shower doesn't drain well. The water pools up in one corner.

Convenient

This was a great place to stay. The location was great. It was a easy walk to almost everything. The bed was comfortable and we slept great. Parking was a bit tight but it was great to have a place to stay with Parking. Our only thing we would like changed is that the room needs better mirrors. It would have been nice to see what my outfit looked like before heading out for the day. I would definitely stay here again.
