Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad the location worked well and the home served its purpose. We’re sorry the shower didn’t drain properly, the bed felt dated, and there wasn’t an ironing board. These items have been passed to our operations team for inspection and repairs, and an ironing board will be added. We regret we weren’t made aware during your stay, as we’re local and aim to resolve issues quickly. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again. - The Lucky Team

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We’re glad the location, parking, and the bed worked well for you and that your overall stay was great. I’m sorry about the dusty bathroom vent and the mirror not defogging. Maintenance and housekeeping will clean the vent and check the ventilation so mirrors defog properly. Apologies, too, for the missing towel set — I’m glad we could bring extras that evening; we’ll review our turnover checklist to prevent that in future. Thanks for the suggestion about adding a bedroom mirror — we’ll look into options to make getting ready easier for two guests. Safe travels, and we appreciate you staying with us. - The Lucky Team

Thank you for your review. We’re glad the location, parking, clean and spacious unit, comfortable bed, washer/dryer, and kitchenette worked well for your stay. We appreciate the helpful notes about supplies — coffee filters, an oven mitt, salt and pepper, and dish soap are great suggestions and we’ve added them to our housekeeping checklist. Most importantly, we apologize for the safety issues you noted. We take those seriously and have reported the exposed shower light cover and the unsecured outlets to maintenance for immediate repair. Thanks again for the feedback — it helps us improve. We’d be happy to host you again. The Lucky Team
