Want to see wildlife? Bear Cub Splash is in the Chalet Village area of Gatlinburg and is very well known for seeing bears of all sizes! Beautiful views from multiple decks...enjoy breathtaking sunsets! Complete with a hot tub, outdoor seating, and gas grill!

Perfect mountain oasis!

We had 3 adults and 2 kids (age 10 and 12) stay for 6 nights during spring break and everything was better than we expected. The jacuzzi and indoor pool worked perfectly and amenities were abundant, even provided toiletries. We really enjoyed how secluded the neighborhood was, away from the resort towns. Definitely enjoyed ourselves!

Best family vacation

The house is amazing the owner is very nice as well we lost power due to a bad storm and the owner was very accommodating and timely she was going to put us in a different house but the power came back on shortly after getting off the phone overall 10/10 I’d stay here again

Wonderful cabin with great amenities

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this cabin! From the moment we walked in, it was clear this place was designed with fun and relaxation in mind. The game room was a big hit with everyone—hours flew by as we played pool, air hockey, and arcade games. The movie room was another standout feature, with comfy seating and a massive screen that made our movie nights feel like a private theater experience.The cherry on top, though, was the indoor pool. It was such a luxury to have a private swimming area where we could unwind at any time of day, regardless of the weather. The cabin itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering plenty of cozy spots to relax when we weren’t enjoying the amenities.The location was perfect too—close enough to all the attractions, but still tucked away in a serene, peaceful setting. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway, and we’re already planning our next trip back! Highly recommend this cabin for families, groups, or anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort and entertainment.

Accommodating Cabin and Good Location

Over all is was nice just needs a refresh Accommodations were good location and we enjoyed visiting Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge The game room downstairs looked bigger in photos but kids would probably have a good time We were 4 adults and stayed in main living space We didn’t use the hot tub as it is only for 2 and we were 4 We didn’t use the indoor pool

Beautiful Cabin

The cabin was just like photos. Everything there to cook. Gas grill worked perfect. The whole process to rent cabin was very easy. It’s beautiful inside and out. I had a little trouble with pool code but owner responded right away. Even had maintenance call to make sure we were good. Turns out it was operator error. Lol. When you enter code there is a ✔️ bottom left after code. The pool was great for younger kids. Teenagers took it over when younger kids got out. Basket of beach towels and water wings were a plus. First time kids didn’t complain they were bored. Which was nice for the adults who just wanted to relax. There are just so many small things the owner thought of. Loved the gas fireplace. And there are definitely bears! The drive up is a little unnerving first time but gets better each trip. The only reason I can think of for not renting this cabin would be if you can’t climb stairs. Showers upstairs or downstairs only. We will definitely be back again!

Great getaway

Fantastic stay in a wonderful cabin. We ventured out a couple times but could have easily spent the entire trip in the home. Pool was warm, hot tub was hot, poker, bumper pool, video games - we never got tired of any of it. Really incredible home and a great host.

Great cabin for families!!

Bear Cub Splash was perfect for our weekend family getaway! Very spacious with lots of room for everyone to spread out and make themselves at home. The pool and tv room downstairs was a favorite for our 3 teenagers! The kitchen was well stocked and the grill worked great. Highlight of our stay was a visit right outside our back porch from a mama bear and 3 cubs. We watched them for almost 30 min playing and climbing trees. Once in a lifetime experience! Thanks Katy for sharing your cabin with us! ❤️

Bear heaven

This cabin is absolutely perfect! Everything you need for a magnificent vacation and bear visitors everyday. Owners are great and easy to communicate with! By far one of our most favorite cabins we have stayed in!!

Beautiful Cabin, Bears Every Day

This was a beautiful wooden cabin where we could observe bears wandering past and a pretty mountain view. Loved using the hot tub. Lots of stair climbing but we were glad for the exercise! My son loved the game room. We had a great stay! Thank you!

Great cabin!

Small issue with upper A/C not cooling and host was super responsive via text and someone came right away and fixed the issue. We saw bears every single day outside the cabin- we loved this! Beautiful property and we enjoyed our time there.

First trip to TN

The property was amazing! Not gonna lie the drive up to the property is a little nerve wracking because of the narrow winding roads but after a few tries you get used to them! Property owners were great and responded immediately to two small issues we had and corrected them instantly. Would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to rent a cabin in the woods with lots to keep you and your family occupied without ever leaving the house! Oh and the bear sightings are amazing too!! Our family really enjoyed our first time in TN!

We had a great time.

We had a great time with our stay. Just a few minor things I had issues with. One was the pool dirty and cold it was locked on 71. The beds need new mattress. And the problem with the light fixtures in upstairs bedroom and downstairs air conditioning which was respond fixed same day. Ms Kathy respond was quick with the fix. Love seeing the bears. If you rent the cabin better love stairs cause it’s up and down with sleep, play, and wash clothes.

Family vacation spot

Loved this mountain cabin with an indoor pool and movie/game room. This was the perfect spot for our family vacation. Amenities had everything we needed and then some! Great views! Convenient location to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Great Spring Break

The location was perfect in getting to so many local attractions - the size of the place was perfect for our family with plenty of activities inside and out. Hosts were very proactive in all their communication and the house was in great condition for our stay.

Gorgeous property - perfect get away!

Cabin was EXACTLY what we were looking for! Beautiful mountain view, tons of space and close enough to downtown Gatlinburg to get back and forth easily. Best of both worlds - quiet and peaceful space close nearby lots of fun stuff to do. Amenities on property great for teenage girls - reliable wifi, streaming services, movie room, arcade games, hot tub and a small indoor pool. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks to the awesome hosts!!
