- Parking is not included. We have a parking lot that we are partnered with that allows for us to offer parking to our guests for only $15 per night. It is located 6 minutes walking from our building. Please inquire upon booking, as it is available for reservation on a first come, first serve basis.
- If you book within 24 hours of check in, please note that we may not be able to guarantee a 4pm check-in depending on our cleaning team’s schedule and if there is a same-day turnover, it may be delayed up to 6 pm. Please check with us after booking to confirm your check-in time.
- This apartment is on the 2nd floor. Access requires guests to use stairs.
- We do not offer cable at this property.
- As our property is located in downtown San Diego, it's important for guests to be aware that they may witness the presence of the cities homeless population, as well as occasional noise from traffic and construction. While these aspects are outside of our control, we take guest safety and comfort seriously, and will make every effort to ensure a pleasant stay.

Our apartment is thoughtfully designed to provide the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, with a cozy living space, beautiful king bed, and a well-appointed kitchen.
Although we are unable to offer parking, there is an affordable overnight lot close by. Whether spots are available depends on demand. We know of multiple lots in the area and are happy to provide recommendations upon booking.
