Oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bath at Xanadu in N. MB

Come and enjoy this natural light-filled, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo that can sleep 8 guests.
Recently painted and features new furniture throughout you will certainly enjoy this magnificent beach location.
The condo is located on the 1st floor, so just a few short steps up to the condo.
Xanadu is close to Main St, is right on the beach and close to many restaurants, shopping, attractions and golf!

** From September to hopefully end the end of October 2023, there is work being done to the foundation of the building. This is M-F 8:30 am to 5:30pm. Our prices are reflecting this construction. Noise and dust is noticed outside of the condo***

Main bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. In the living room will have a queen sleeper sofa. There will also be 2 roll away beds.

Both bedrooms have cable TV, the 2nd bedroom is also a smart TV. The living room TV is just the smart TV


>We provide 8 sets of towels and linens for all the beds.
We do not provide a daily cleaning or towel exchange.

We do not provide any beach items such as towels, sand toys, chairs or umbrellas. We suggest to either bring those items. You can also rent these items directly from the life guard.

If book I do have a website that does offer sand toys, chairs, umbrellas that will drop off to the condo.

We will provide for you a "starter kit" of items:
Roll of toilet paper per bathroom, trash can liner for each trash can, sponge and dish soap, roll of paper towels, small soap for bathroom.

Check out time is 10 am. Please make sure you are leaving at this time. If the cleaners arrive at 10 am and you are still at the property, for every 1/2 hour you are there I will charge $50. My cleaners have a lot of condos to clean and keep a very tight schedule.

You will have access to the pool on the side of the building (if facing the building it is on the left side).
On the right side of the building is an outdoor shower to rinse off the ocean and sand.

I can only provide 2 vehicle tags, that is all. Please make sure the tags are returned or a $100 service charge will be charged to you as I have to replace them.

We do not provide any beach items such as towels, sand toys, chairs or umbrellas. We suggest to either bring those items. You can also rent these items directly from the life guard.

If management or the resort asks you to vacate you will leave and your reservation will be canceled with no refund.

Return all access cards back to the condo. if not I have to charge you the $25 for each access card not returned.

Do NOT move furniture. if you need to move furniture? please return back the way you found it.
