There are three bedrooms and two full baths located on the first floor. The first bedroom includes a King bed and large wall-mounted flat-screen T.V. The second and third bedrooms each has Queen beds which shares a jack-n-jill bathroom and both bedrooms have access to the outside covered patio that backs in to the preserve. The master bedroom suite is located on the second floor includes a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, a jetted-tub, and a large walk-in shower. Access your private 3rd floor balcony with breath taking views of the preserve from the fifth bedroom with Full bunk beds with a twin trundle and its own full bath ideal for children ages 12yrs or older.

It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout! There is a Ring video camera outside at the front door facing the street and the driveway to ensure the security of the property and our guests. Cameras record whenever motion is detected.
Guest receives full refund (less $200.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
