Beautiful New Beach Home on Thomas Dr/Heated pool!

Welcome to Sugar Shores! Located on the south side of Thomas Drive on the east end of Panama City Beach. This amazing location is not only steps from the white sandy beaches of PCB, its situated minutes from St. Andrews State Park as well as several great places to eat such as Schooners and Patches. Sugar Shores sleeps up to 15 guests and is the perfect spot for a family vacation. Heated pool for those cool fall and winter days!

Sugar Shores features five bedrooms, with the master situated on the lower level it features a king bed and big screen TV and ensuite with a beautiful large tiled shower and double vanities. The upstairs features four more bedrooms, including two bedrooms each with a king bed, one of which has balcony access. Another bedroom features a queen bed and also features direct balcony access, perfect for relaxing and catching wonderful views of the gulf.

When it comes to amenities, this house was built to make your vacation as smooth and easy as possible. Sugar Shores features two sets of washer and dryers, one located on the lower level and the other on the upper floor.

The kitchen features an absolute gorgeous color combination with high end finishes and appliances. One of the first things you will notice is the large farmhouse and around the corner of the cabinet is the gas range. The gas range makes heating pots and meal prep quick and easy. It features all the other appliances and dishware you would expect, such as microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The dining table features seats for eight, with another five at the kitchen island. If you love to grill, there is also a grill on the patio in the backyard. While grilling you can also take a dip in the heated pool in the backyard, with lounge chairs it’s the perfect place to relax in the sun.

The driveway should have plenty of parking making access to the house simple and easy.



Sugar Shores is at at a convenient location off Thomas Drive, Regency Towers is located about a quarter mile to the west. The famous Schooners restaurant and beach club is located about a quarter mile to the east and easy walking distance. St. Andrews State Park is located just 1 mile east.

Absolutely perfect!

Sugar Shores is breathtaking. This house hits all the marks. It is inviting, comforting and relaxing. They have thought of everything when putting this vacation home together. We had 10 people- three generations. Everyone was very pleased with location and amenities. We all agreed we want to stay here every year. Farrah took such good care of us. She made everything flawless. She was available for any questions at any time. She is such an asset to her company.

Great family fun!!

The house was amazing!! We loved being so close to the beach. The pool was great, the kids loved the little golf course area, and corn hole. There was plenty of room for all of us. Being able to have breakfast and dinner at the big round table was so nice. We really enjoyed our stay!! This house is a great place to stay and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Farah for being a great Host!!

Perfect family getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this vacation rental in Panama City Beach! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beautiful beach, which made it easy to come and go with our large group. The house had plenty of space for our family of 11 and never felt crowded. The home was spotless when we arrived and stocked with everything we needed, including lots of beach towels, four beach chairs, and two umbrellas—huge plus! The pool area was a favorite spot for everyone, with corn hole and even mini golf to keep both the kids and adults entertained. This home truly had all the comforts we needed for a fun, relaxing, and memorable beach vacation. We’d definitely stay here again!

Amazing Property!

Book this one today! You won’t be disappointed. Plenty of room for everyone inside this beautiful home. The kitchen and living area are very large. We loved the outdoor area with all the extras and the pool. Very short, walk to the beach and all of the beach Chairs and wagon were a plus! We had six teenagers and they all had a blast. Great communication as well.

Beautiful home, great location, perfect vacation!

The accommodations are exactly as advertised. Everything was clean and in order. The patio/pool area was perfect for a trip to Panama City at the end of March. We were able to swim in the heated pool on the days it was too cold/windy to swim in the ocean. They provide a wagon and beach chairs and two umbrellas you can take on the short walk to the beach. They also provide beach towels. We walked to Schooners for an early dinner one afternoon. The State Park and the pier is only about a mile down the beach. We had eight adults in our party, so we used all the rooms except the room with the bunk bed. All the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water for three showers to be running at once. Having a washer and dryer on both floors was a plus. The kitchen appliances are new and modern, and the kitchen is well stocked. Check in was easy and as described. Check out instructions were clear. Host was responsive to all questions. We had perfect weather and we were able to have a lovely family getaway to beautiful PCB.

We enjoyed our stay at Sugar Shores and hope to return next summer.

The home is a new rental and is large, spacious and was very clean upon our arrival. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out. In addition to a queen bedroom and a double bed with a single bunk room, this home has three bedrooms with king beds and separate baths. Properties with this many king beds are harder to find, and this is what our family desired. There is ample parking for 5-6 vehicles (if they are parked close and stacked). However, Thomas Drive is a very busy four lane road so with small children we were overly cautious as we entered/exited the front of the property. The home has a small private pool which was wonderful due to very hot outside temperatures. The beach was a short walk away. The home does provide ample beach chairs and pool towels which was a very nice addition. They even have a wagon to transport everything to beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property and hope to return next summer.

Great location, beautiful house

Just a block from the beach conveniently located near stores and local restaurants. All the amenities you need. House is beautifully designed and extremely comfortable. We were there with extended family. Our group enjoyed the pool, patio and had a wonderful time. Agency representative was helpful and thorough with details and quick to respond to messages.

Relaxing Stay at Sugar Shores

Our Mother's Day stay at Sugar Shores allowed us to return home rested and rejuvenated. This beautiful home featured all of the best amenities, including soft towels and bedding. Our group rotated between the easy access beach - not at all as crowded as some beach locations nearby the condo towers - and the backyard pool which was the perfect size (and lights up at night!). We even grilled a few nights a week to make sure we had a full getaway experience. Although the home faces a primary street, we were not disturbed by anything happening outside. When we grew tired our our outdoor activities, we enjoyed movies on the many televisions located throughout the home. We communicated very easily with the property manager throughout our stay, making check-in and check-out a breeze. If you're looking for a refreshing getaway in PCB, this is the place to be!

Beautiful home

This home is very big and beautiful. It is close to the beach and stores. Check in was very easy and fast. Farah was very professional and welcoming. She made check in and check out very easy and gave me updates on the property being ready.
