Welcome to our beautiful, privately-owned beachfront condo with a fully furnished patio deck for daytime relaxation with hammocks or grilling and dining at night time.

Wake up to palm trees and a stunning beach sunrise. The first bedroom is the main suite with a queen-sized bed, full bathroom, ceiling fan, and air conditioner. The second bedroom has a Bunk Bed (one upper twin size and one full size) and an air conditioner. In the living room, there is a Full-size sleep sofa. We also provide (1) Pack n Plays and (1) high chairs at no extra charge.

It has easy access to the parking lot with two designed parking spots and a fenced back patio--all on the ground level. In addition, a gas barbecue is available for your use.

The fully-equipped kitchen provides a full-size stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, cookware, tableware, utensils - ready-to-cook meals. Also located in our kitchen area is a full-size washer and dryer to help pack light.

Open space living and dining room complete with a Smart 32" TV and WiFi, this condo is ready and waiting for your enjoyment.

The property is in a gated community with a security guard on night staff and two dedicated parking spaces. There is an outdoor shower by the beach gate and a bathroom near the property's gazebo. The property manager will meet guests with the key/gate clicker or let us know beforehand for a check-in /check-out without person-to-person contact.

Located in Punta Bandera, Luquillo is close to El Yunque Rain Forest, the Fajardo or Vieques Bio Bay, several golf courses, the famous Luquillo Kiosks and restaurants including Mexican, seafood, local fare, tacos, pizza, and more. A short drive to the east takes you to Fajardo, where the ferry dock is located. Daily ferries are available to take you to Culebra or Vieques Islands, or if you plan, you can even go to St. John for the day. Waterfall tours, paddling, and snorkeling abound from Luquillo and Fajardo.

Driving west, there's horseback riding, go-carts, four-wheeling, and zip lining. A visit to Old San Juan to visit the old forts, San Cristobal and El Morro is always fun, and while you're in the area, you can take a free tour of the Bacardi Factory. Finally, a lovely day trip is to the Rio Camuy Caves, a little farther west.

For the shoppers, there's an outlet mall 20 minutes west of the condo and Plaza las Americas--the largest mall in the Caribbean--just west of San Juan.
