The receptionist was so welcoming. We did have to move cabins do to the winter storm but the cabin they put us in was very comparable to the one we rented. It was actually bigger. They were so easy to work with especially in the middle of a winter storm warning. We can’t wait to go back when the weather is better

The bed was very comfortable and the double shower was awesome. The jacuzzi tub and gas fireplace completed the romantic setting. Very nice.

Cabin is nice and spacious. The bed was caved in in the middle and the pillows are the worst, tiny little thin things. There was one extra pillow but no pillow cases to put on it, no spare blankets.

My husband and I went for our anniversary and the cabin made our stay worth while! We got to relax and just enjoy eachother. Such a beautiful property and so cozy!

The property was very cozy and comfortable. It's also very convenient to attractions and shows. The bed was comfy too. If I had to leave some honest requests I would ask that you please get some different pillows as those are flat and not comfortable at all.. My husband and I were not happy with them at all. Also an extra blanket maybe on the couch or in the closet would be great. Other than that we were happy with our stay.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay at the cabin. It was close to all the amenities we wanted to see while also having a private feeling and was very quiet. It was the perfect space for my family of 4. We loved the private balcony and the big tub. Comfortable beds and a clean space!

Nice, Clean, Central Location

The condo was nice and clean and centrally located in Branson. TV worked but could not figure out the channels, etc. (probably because of ignorance). Great place a couple for a few nights stay. This was our second time using Thousand Hills and everything was great.

AC not keeping up and needs a refresh.

There was a window air conditioner installed when we arrived, obviously because the main AC unit is not able to keep up. Squeaky ceiling fan above bed too. This place needs a deep clean and a little too "Rustic".

The screen in porch is in much repair. The sreen was torn in several places and chairs were very dirty. Couldn't use them very disappointed.

We had a great time!

We loved the cabin! Very cute and rustic!And within 5-10minutes of everywhere we wanted to go in Branson!Wasn’t crazy about having to check in at a separate location and call to check out. Guess I should’ve read the listing better.. im just used to self checking inAlso, the cabin had two separate “apartments” and we had neighbors, probably was in the listing but I just didn’t realize.Last thing, we were told to start the dishwasher and take out trash; yet I couldn’t find a dumpster anywhere.

Nice cabin but can’t turn down ac below 68 and 1/2 the time the cabin won’t cool to 68 we set it at for night as overhead fans hum to loud if put on high. Window screen left in cabin shouldn’t be there. TV has no instructions on which remote to use and how and cable was loose so had no TV the first night. Hot water heater not large enough for over 1/2 full in the hot tub & fills slow. Bed is comfortable and in nice quiet area close to most of the shows. Cabin is nice for two but could use some improvements as stated.

Air conditioner was not working properly and it was hot inside (was also very hot outside). There was a window unit sittting on the front deck below the window like it had been installed before so i put it in myself to help cool down the room. Technician came by later after i called and said someone would be down to clean the outside compressor coils that were full of dirt and grass but that never happened. We left both Air conditioners on all day long to keep it cool with lights off and blinds pulled. Had to work hard at keeping it cool.Everything else was ok. Staff was nice and courteous
