Stacey, thank you so much for the wonderful 5 star review. My guests and my property are extremely important to me. The location is perfect, just a .5 mile to the beach and Venetian villages and Clam Pass 1 mile away and down town 5th Ave an 10 drive and Mercato just 8 minutes away, the location is perfect. My space has been completely redone and from the reviews the cleanliness is rated 5 stars. While I do provide cleaning products and laundry soap, I apologize for any disappointment that I do not provide “personal products “ or food items. Guests have different preferences and allergies and so it is in the information that I do not provide these items. Thank you for the 5 stars on communication, location, updated space and cleanliness I sure hope you will visit again. Terrie

Thank you for your review of a one star I was hoping for a fair review under the circumstances. Yes the apartment was not cleaned. It was a mistake that does happen and does not happen often. I apologize profusely I offered to send the Cleaning Company immediately and I also refunded all of your money so I was hoping that you would at least have given me a fair star reading. This was not something that I wanted to have happen it was a honest mistake. I truly value my property and I truly value my guess I did everything to try and make this work and make you happy. Nothing satisfied you so I returned all of your money and you still gave me a one star I would not rent to this person. Obviously, they are unable to have any kind of understanding that things do happen.

Esmeralda, thank you for your wonderful review. My guests and my property are most important to me. When selecting a property "location" is the first on the list. My property location is just perfectly situated in Naples with a 1/2 mile to the beach, shops and restaurants. The property is unique in that there is an excellent bar and restaurant on premises. I appreciate your comments concerning my completely renovated space with high end appliances and "modern features". Your review of the cleanliness was so helpful for potential guests, cleanliness is my upmost care. I would like to thank you for caring for my property as your own and establishing a good rapport. As such you have earned a discount on your next reservation. Please contact me directly Terrie

There are pickle courts and a full gym as well. Thank you for your comment concerning the towels, (nice ones) I take much care with the linens and towels and love to offer my guest good quality. Paula, thank you for the wonderful review of my property. “Property was very nice”. My property is extremely important to me and as such, it has been completely renovated with high end appliances. It offers a monochromic color scheme with whites, creams, and splashes of green. I appreciate the “wonderful location” review. Location, location, location. Park Shores Resort is located in Naples, with a restaurant on site Hog Fish Harry’s and is 1/2 mile to the Gulf, near Venetian villages, 8 mins to 5th ave. The property is equipped to throw a dinner party, all you have to do is bring your groceries. PSR recently has a new management company who is no longer providing coffee in the lobby, Thank you for the recommendation, hope you will come back soon I was not aware of the chair until after check out and following 2 messages to find out what happened to the chair. After 2 weeks I was told about what happened. I did offer an apology and the chair was discarded. I was ensured that the guests friend was fine.
