In addition, you will enjoy easy access to the nearest beach.

Inside your condo, discover a sunlit great room with floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors as well as a well-equipped, island kitchen with counter seating, two tables for mealtimes or rainy day board games, and a central living area with twin sofas and a smart TV. This condo also features a den with an additional smart TV plus four comfortable bedrooms including one kid-friendly bedroom with a cable-equipped TV and 2 twin beds and three other rooms with en suite baths. The bedrooms have automatic risers for additional comfort and convenience.

Outside on your two furnished balconies, dine al fresco or just relax and take in the ocean view with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

Diamond Beach Resort charges an additional fee for the resort amenities, which varies by season and length of stay. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.
Due to HOA regulations, all guests (even infants) count towards occupancy regardless of age.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
