Thank you for your feedback. We completely agree that travel insurance is a wise investment, especially when unexpected circumstances arise close to a trip. Because reservations are often made months in advance, last-minute cancellations can be very difficult to rebook, which is whey we encourage guests to consider travel insurance for added peace of mind. We are sorry that you were unable to enjoy the condo yourself, but we're delighted that your niece and sister were able to take the trip and experience the property. We're especially pleased to hear they enjoyed the beautiful views and resort amenities. Our goal is to create an elegant and welcoming space for our guests, and the decor includes glass and decorative accents that many visitors appreciate. While we understand that families have different preferences, we have generally found the condo to be comfortable and enjoyable for guests of all ages. Thank you again for sharing your experience. We hope your plans work out next year and that you'll have the opportunity to enjoy the condo firsthand. We'd love to host you!

Thank you for your feedback! We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the variety of activities and were able to make good use of the media room . It’s a great option when the weather doesn’t cooperate. We also appreciate your note regarding the balcony view. Our listing aims to accurately describe the unit, including the angled beach view from the balcony, and we’re sorry if this did not fully meet your expectations. Your feedback is helpful, and we’ll review the description to ensure it’s as clear as possible for future guests. We truly appreciate you staying with us and hope to have the opportunity to host you again!
